आज पूर्ण विधिविधान से भगवान ब्रदीविशाल के कपाट खुलने के साथ ही चारधाम यात्रा का विधिवत् श्रीगणेश शुरू गया है। यमुनोत्री, गंगोत्री और बाबा केदारधाम के कपाट पहले ही खुल चुके हैं। चारधाम यात्रा का विधिवत् आगाज होते ही उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग चारधाम यात्रा को लेकर पूरी तरह से मुस्तैद नजर आ रहा है। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार लगातार चारोंधामों की स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं से जुड़े अधिकारियों से अपडेट लेने के साथ जरूरी निर्देश दे रहे हैं।

चारधाम यात्रियों की सुविधा को देखते हुए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी और स्वास्थ्य मंत्री धन सिंह रावत के निर्देश पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने पहली बार 9 भाषाओं में यात्रा की नई एसओपी जारी की है। मातृ भाषा हिन्दी के साथ ही तमिल, उडिया, कन्नड, मराठी, बंगाली, पंजाबी, गुजराती और अंग्रेजी में यह एसओपी आज जारी की गई है।

एसओपी जारी करते हुए मीडिया से बात करते हुए स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि हिन्दी सहित कुल 9 भाषाओं में एसओपी जारी की गई है। लोकल लैंग्वेज में एसओपी जारी होने से यात्रियों को सुविधा होगी। चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्री पूरी एसओपी का अध्यन करने के साथ पूरी तैयारी के साथ यात्रा में आयेंगे। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने यात्रियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि पूरी तैयारी के साथ यात्रा पर आयें। यात्रा के दौरान किसी भी प्रकार की जल्दबाजी न करें। सुगम और सुरक्षित यात्रा के लिए अपने शरीर को यात्रा के वातावरण के अनूकूल बनायें। जब आपका शरीर वातावरण के अनूकूल हो जाये तो फिर यात्रा करना शुरू करें। स्वास्थ्य संबधी किसी भी प्रकार की दिक्कत होने पर नजदीकी चिकित्सा इकाई से संपर्क करें।

स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा चारधाम यात्रा में समस्त तीर्थ स्थल उच्च हिमालयी क्षेत्र में स्थित हैं, जिनकी ऊंचाई समुद्र तल से 2700 मी० से भी अधिक है उन स्थानों में यात्रीगण अत्यधिक ठण्ड, कम आर्द्रता, अत्यधिक अल्ट्रा वॉइलेट रेडिएशन, कम हवा का दबाव और कम ऑक्सीजन की मात्रा से प्रभावित हो सकते हैं। अतः सभी तीर्थ यात्रियों के सुगम एवं सुरक्षित यात्रा हेतु निम्न दिशा निर्देश निर्गत किये जा रहे हैं।

यात्रा से पूर्व
1- योजना बनाना, तैयारी करना, पैक करना:- रोकथाम पर ध्यान देने से आप अपनी यात्रा के दौरान सुरक्षित रह सकते हैं। कृपया अपनी यात्रा से पहले चिकित्सा और ट्रेक की तैयारी सुनिश्चित करें। उच्च ऊंचाई बीमारी का कारण बन सकती है इसके लिए योजना बनाना, तैयारी करना और पैक करना महत्वपूर्ण है।
