उत्तराखण्ड एसटीएफ की बड़ी कार्यवाही- 25 हजार का ईनामी/हत्यारोपी राहुल उर्फ रुपेश मंगलौर हरिद्वार से गिरफ्तार,एसटीएफ द्वारा थाना मंगलौर पुलिस के साथ ज्वाइंट ऑप्रेशन में की गयी गिरफ्तारी,ईनामी अपराधी थाना मंगलौर जनपद हरिद्वार में हत्या के एक मुकदमे में वांछित चल रहा था व घटना के बाद से ही फरार हो गया था, 28 फरवरी 2025 को थाना मंगलौर के लंढौरा कस्बे में दिनदहाड़े इकराम नामक व्यक्ति की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गयी थी,उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस मुख्यालय द्वारा ईनामी अपराधियों के विरुद्ध चलाये जा रहे अभियान के तहत की गयी है गिरफ्तारी, पूर्व में भी कई संगीन मुकदमें दर्ज हैं।
पुलिस महानिदेशक, उत्तराखण्ड, दीपम सेठ महोदय द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में जघन्य अपराधों में लम्बे समय से वांछित इनामी अपराधियों की गिरफ्तारी हेतु चलाये जा रहे सघन अभियान के चलते वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक, एसटीएफ श्री नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर को विशेष रूप से निर्देशित किया गया था । उक्त निर्देश के क्रम में वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक, एसटीएफ नवनीत सिंह भुल्लर द्वारा पुलिस उपाधीक्षक, एसटीएफ आर0बी0 चमोला के निकट पर्यवेक्षण में एक टीम का गठन कर उपरोक्त लम्बे समय से फरार अपराधी की गिरफ्तारी हेतु उचित दिशा-निर्देश दिये गये। इसी क्रम में एसटीएफ की कुमायूँ युनिट द्वारा आज तड़के थाना मंगलौर पुलिस के साथ हत्या के मुकदमे में वांछित 25 हजार के ईनामी अपराधी राहुल उर्फ रुपेश पुत्र को मंगलौर थाना क्षेत्र से गिरफ्तार किया गया।
पकड़े गए ईनामी की गिरफ्तारी के संबंध में वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक श्री नवनीत भुल्लर द्वारा जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि एसटीएफ की गठित टीम द्वारा प्राप्त तकनीकी तथा भौतिक सूचनाओं का विश्लेषण करते हुये पिछले 01सप्ताह से काम करते हुए अपने अथक प्रयास से उक्त अपराधी की गिरफ्तारी की गयी। गिरफ्तार अपराधी थाना मंगलौर से हत्या के एक मुकदमे में वांछित चल रहा था जिस पर वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक हरिद्वार द्वारा 25 हजार का ईनाम घोषित किया गया था। गिरफ्तार व्यक्ति के ऊपर इससे पूर्व भी वाहन चोरी के तीन मुकदमे उत्तराखण्ड में ही दर्ज हैं। एसटीएफ की इस कार्यवाही में आरक्षी मोहित वर्मा व सर्विलांस एक्सपर्ट किशन चन्द्र की विशेष भूमिका रही।
घटना का विवरणः-
अभियुक्त राहुल उर्फ रुपेश द्वारा अपने साथियों के साथ मिलकर दिनांक 28/02/2025 की शाम करीब 6 बजे लण्ढौरा कस्बे में आपसी विवाद में इकराम निवासी मातावाला हसनबाग, मंगलौर की गोली मारकर सरेआम बाजार में हत्या कर दी थी और ताजिम नामक युवक गंम्भीर रुप से घायल हो गया था। उक्त हत्याकाण्ड के बाद हत्यारोपी मौके से फरार हो गये थे। जिस सम्बन्ध में मृतक के जीजा नौसाद पुत्र कालू निवासी भगवानपुर चन्दनपुर , मंगलौर द्वारा हत्या का मुकदमा एफआईआर नं0 202/25 धारा 103(1),109(1),190,191(3),352 बीएनएस थाना मंगलौर में पंजीकृत कराया गया था।
