प्रदेश के पंचायतीराज मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने केन्द्रीय पंचायतीराज, मत्स्य पालन, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विकास मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह (ललन सिंह) से उनके नई दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर शिष्टाचार भेंट कर राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के तहत उत्तराखंड को 193.84 करोड़ की धनराशि दिये जाने पर उनका आभार जताया है।

 

प्रदेश के पंचायतीराज मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने गुरुवार को केन्द्रीय पंचायतीराज, मत्स्य पालन, पशुपालन एवं डेयरी विकास मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह (ललन सिंह) से उनके नई दिल्ली स्थित आवास पर शिष्टाचार भेंट कर राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान वर्ष 2025-26 के तहत कार्यकारी समिति (एसईसी) द्वारा सर्वसम्मति से 193.84 करोड़ धनराशि की कार्य योजना को केन्द्रीय कार्यकारी समिति (सीईसी) पंचायती राज मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा आहूत बैठक में लगभग शत-प्रतिशत रूप में सभी घटकों के साथ पारित किये जाने पर प्रदेश की जनता की ओर से आभार व्यक्त किया है।

 

पंचायतीराज मंत्री महाराज ने राज्य में त्रिस्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव में विजयी जनप्रतिनिधियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि कहा कि उक्त अनुमोदित कार्ययोजना से त्रिस्तरीय पंचायतों के नव निर्वाचित पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों, रेखीय विभागों के अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों के क्षमता विकास हेतु प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन कराया जायेगा। इसके अलावा प्रतिनिधियों के लिए अध्ययन भ्रमण कार्यक्रम, पंचायत भवन विहिन ग्राम पंचायतों में पंचायत भवनों का निर्माण, कम्प्यूटरीकरण, पंचायत लर्निंग सेण्टर का निर्माण, कम्प्यूटरीकरण, पंचायत लर्निंग सेण्टर की स्थापना तथा नवोन्मेशी योजनान्तर्गत लर्निंग मैनेजमेण्ट सिस्टम, यात्रा मागों में बायोडायजेस्टर आदि स्थापित किया जायेगा। इससे एक ओर जहां पंचायतें सृदृढ़ होंगी वहीं दूसरी ओर पंचायत प्रतिनिधियों की कार्य दक्षता भी बढ़ेगी।

 

उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का उत्तराखण्ड के प्रति सदैव विशेष लगाव रहा है और पंचायतों के सशक्तिकरण के संबंध में उनका हमेशा से मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त होता रहा है। इसके लिए उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री एवं केन्द्रीय पंचायतीराज मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह (ललन सिंह)

का आभार प्रकट करते हुए उत्तराखण्ड में पंचायतों के सुद्धीकरण हेतु उनके सहयोगी के लिए धन्यवाद भी दिया।

 

श्री महाराज ने केन्द्रीय पंचायतीराज मंत्री राजीव रंजन सिंह (ललन सिंह) से कहा कि हिमालयी राज्य एवं दुर्गम परिस्थितियों के दृष्टिगत समस्त त्रिस्तरीय पंचायतों के प्रतिनिधियों का ‘ओरिएंटेशन एवं इंडक्शन प्रशिक्षण कार्यकम” कराया जाना अति आवश्यक है। इसलिए क्षमता विकास एवं प्रशिक्षण हेतु अधिक से अधिक धनराशि उत्तराखंड को दी जाये।
