नगर निगम देहरादून द्वारा आपदा प्रबंधन नियंत्रण कक्ष की स्थापना।

नगर निगम देहरादून द्वारा आज दिनांक 03 जून 2025 को आपदा प्रबंधन नियंत्रण कक्ष की स्थापना की गई। इस नियंत्रण कक्ष का उद्देश्य आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में प्रभावी नियंत्रण, त्वरित शिकायत निवारण और समन्वय स्थापित करना है।

नगर निगम द्वारा निम्नलिखित दो हेल्पलाइन नंबरों की शुरुआत की गई है, जिन पर नागरिक आपातकालीन स्थिति अथवा किसी भी प्रकार की नगर संबंधित शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं:

इन नंबरों पर प्राप्त शिकायतों को एक समर्पित टीम द्वारा संबंधित अधिकारियों तक तत्काल रूप से प्रेषित किया जाएगा, जिससे समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जा सके। इसके अतिरिक्त आपदा प्रबंधन हेतु नगर निगम देहरादून द्वारा 30 लोगों की आपदा टीम, 12 जल निकासी पंप, 2 जे०सी०बी० मशीन एवं 6 ट्रैक्टर ट्राली का प्रबंध भी किया गया है।

इस नियंत्रण कक्ष का उद्घाटन नगर आयुक्त नमामी बंसल (आईएएस) द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर मुख्य नगर स्वास्थ्य अधिकारी, डॉ. अविनाश खन्ना, सहायक नगर आयुक्त, राजबीर सिंह चौहान एवं अन्य निगम अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
