  • प्रधानमंत्री  नरेन्द्र मोदी ने शनिवार को वाराणसी से प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि की 20वीं किस्त के तहत देश के 09 करोड़ 71 लाख से अधिक किसानों के खातों में कुल 20 हजार 500 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की धनराशि का डिजिटल हस्तांतरण किया। इसके तहत उत्तराखण्ड के 08 लाख 28 हजार 787 लाभार्थी किसान परिवारों को 184.25 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि हस्तांतरित की गई।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गढ़ीकैंट, देहरादून से इस कार्यक्रम में वर्चुअल प्रतिभाग किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी अन्नदाताओं की आय को दोगुना करने तथा उनके जीवन स्तर को उठाने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रहे हैं। योजना की 20वीं किस्त जारी किए जाने के साथ ही उत्तराखंड के किसानों को करीब 3300 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की धनराशि प्रदान की जा चुकी है। उन्होंने कहा कि 2014 के बाद प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश के किसानों के कल्याण की दिशा में ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाए गए हैं। प्रमुख फसलों पर न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि कर किसानों को उनकी फसल का उचित मूल्य प्रदान किया जा रहा है। ‘प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना’ के माध्यम से किसानों को प्राकृतिक आपदाओं, फसल रोगों और कीटों से होने वाले नुकसान के लिए सुरक्षा कवच भी प्रदान किया जा रहा है। ‘मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड’ योजना के द्वारा खेतों की मिट्टी की वैज्ञानिक जांच कर किसानों को पोषक तत्वों की कमी और आवश्यक उर्वरकों की जानकारी भी दी जा रही है, जिससे उनकी उपज की गुणवत्ता और भूमि की उर्वरता दोनों में सुधार हो रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य सरकार प्रदेश के किसानों के उत्थान एवं समृद्धि के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। प्रदेश में किसानों को तीन लाख रुपये तक का ऋण बिना ब्याज के उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है। कृषि उपकरण खरीदने के लिए फार्म मशीनरी बैंक योजना के माध्यम से 80 प्रतिशत तक की सब्सिडी भी प्रदान की जा रही है। किसानों के हित में नहरों से सिंचाई को पूरी तरह मुफ्त किया गया है। किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए पॉलीहाउस के निर्माण के लिए 200 करोड़ रुपये की राशि का प्रावधान भी किया गया है। गेहूं खरीद पर किसानों को 20 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल का बोनस प्रदान करने के साथ ही गन्ने के मूल्य में भी 20 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल की बढ़ोत्तरी की गई है।

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार द्वारा 1200 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से नई सेब नीति, कीवी नीति, ‘स्टेट मिलेट मिशन’ और ‘ड्रैगन फ्रूट नीति’ जैसी कई महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं को लागू किया गया है। इन नीतियों के तहत बागवानी को प्रोत्साहन देने के लिए किसानों को 80 प्रतिशत तक की सब्सिडी प्रदान की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि नीति आयोग द्वारा जारी सतत विकास के लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने में उत्तराखण्ड को देश में प्रथम स्थान प्राप्त हुआ। उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के युवाओं को रोजगार देने में भी प्रदेश अग्रणी बनकर उभरा है। एक वर्ष में बेरोजगारी दर में 4.4 प्रतिशत की कमी लाई गई। उत्तराखण्ड देश का सबसे पहले “समान नागरिक संहिता” को लागू करने वाला राज्य बना। राज्य में प्रभावी नकल विरोधी कानून लागू करने के बाद लगभग 24 हजार युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरी प्रदान की गई है। प्रदेश में सख्त धर्मांतरण विरोधी और दंगारोधी कानूनों को लागू किया गया है। प्रदेश में लैंड जिहाद पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करते हुए साढ़े छह हजार एकड़ से अधिक की सरकारी भूमि को मुक्त कराया गया है। राज्य में ऑपरेशन कालनेमि भी प्रारंभ किया गया है, जिसके माध्यम से पाखंडियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

कृषि मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड को वर्ष 2023-24 में “मिलेट सेक्टर में सर्वश्रेष्ठ प्रदेश“ का पुरस्कार हैदराबाद में आयोजित इंटरनेशनल न्यूट्री-सीरियल कन्वेंशन में प्रदान किया गया। मृदा स्वास्थ्य और उर्वरता योजना तथा जैविक कृषि क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य के लिए राज्य को भारत सरकार से राष्ट्रीय सम्मान प्राप्त हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि नैनीताल के ग्राम सुनकिया के कृषक हर्ष सिंह डंगवाल को “जैविक इंडिया अवार्ड” मिला, जबकि उत्तरकाशी को लाल धान के लिए “एक जिला-एक उत्पाद” में द्वितीय स्थान और हरिद्वार व टिहरी जनपद को पीएम फसल बीमा योजना में क्रमशः प्रथम व द्वितीय स्थान प्राप्त हुआ।

 

इस अवसर पर विधायक सविता कपूर, बृज भूषण गैरोला, पूर्व सांसद बलराज पासी, सचिव एस.एन. पाण्डेय, महानिदेशक कृषि रणवीर सिंह चौहान एवं प्रदेशभर से आए किसान उपस्थित थे।
