मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कालाढूंगी में 95.09 करोड़ की 36 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण व शिलान्यास

5 करोड़ 57 लाख की 02 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण और 89 करोड़ 52 लाख की 34 योजनाओं का किया शिलान्यास

कालाढूंगी के 8012 परिवार 33 पेयजल योजना से होंगे लाभान्वित

लोकार्पित हुई 02 पेयजल योजनाओं से 551 परिवार हुए लाभान्वित.

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधानसभा कालाढूंगी के लिए 95 करोड़ 09 लाख की 36 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने कहा कि इन योजनाओं के माध्यम से इस क्षेत्र के भविष्य की नींव रखी गई है, योजनाओं के पूर्ण होने पर क्षेत्र का सर्वागींण विकास होगा। इन योजनाओं से क्षेत्र के 8012 परिवार पेयजल योजना से लाभान्वित होंगे। आज का दिन विधानसभा कालाढूंगी में विकास के एक नए युग का सूत्रपात में सहायक सिद्ध होगा। इन 36 योजनाओं में मोटर मार्ग निर्माण, पेयजल और सिंचाई की क्षमता के विकास जैसे जनहितकारी क्षेत्रों से जुड़ी हुई हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि परीक्षाओं में पारदर्शिता के लिए राज्य में सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। इस माह 04 प्रतियोगी परीक्षा आयोजित कराई जा रही है तथा रिक्त पदों का अध्याचन आयोग को प्रेषित किए गए हैं। राज्य सरकार द्वारा अंत्योदय परिवारों को तीन गैस सिलेंडर देने हों, प्रदेश की महिलाओं के लिये क्षैतिज आरक्षण की व्यवस्था को लागू करना हो, समान नागरिक संहिता का मसौदा तैयार करना हो, जबरन धर्मांतरण पर रोक के लिये कानून बनाना हो, नई शिक्षा नीति लागू करना हो, नई खेल नीति लागू करना हो, सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून बनाना हो, राज्य आंदोलनकारियों व उनके आश्रितों को सरकारी नौकरियों में 10 प्रतिशत का क्षैतिज आरक्षण देना हो सभी का सरकार द्वारा कार्य किए गए हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधान सभा कालाढूंगी मे 398.00 लाख की धनराशि से आनन्दपुर नलकूप पेयजल योजना तथा लामाचौड खास नलकूप पेयजल योजना लागत 159.00 लाख की 02 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया। इसके साथ ही मुख्यमंत्री ने कालाढूगी के विकास के लिए 34 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। जिसमें गोविन्दपुर गढवाल पेयजल योजना लागत रूपये 310.00 लाख, पनियाली पेयजल योजना लागत 222.00 लाख, पीपलपोखरा पेयजल योजना 558.00 लाख, लालपुर नायक पेयजल, लागत 334.00 लाख,प्रेमपुर लोश्ज्ञानी पेयजल, लागत 431.00 लाख, रामडी आनसिंह पेयजल योजना लागत 326.00 लाख, पतलिया पेयजल योजना लागत 434.84 लाख, बजूनिया हल्दू पेयजल योजना लागत 297.93 लाख, कमोला नलकूप योजना लागत 399.63 लाख, कालाढूगी बन्दोबस्ती पेयजल योजना लागत 298.61, सेल्सिया पेयजल लागत 117.38 लाख, छोटी हल्द्वानी पेयजल लागत 161.08 लाख, रतनपुर रामपुर पेयजल 490.11 लाख,धापला पेयजल 63.91 लाख, दोहनीया पेयजल 206.74 लाख,गिनती गांव पेयजल 399.30 लाख, चांदपुर पेयजल 142.82 लाख, नाथुजाला पेयजल 227.10 लाख, नया पाण्डे गांव पेयजल 54.00 लाख, पवालगढ मनखथपुर पेयजल 332.45 लाख,विजयपुर धमोला पेयजल 271.64 लाख, धमोला पेयजल 350.86 लाख, मन्दरजुडा पेयजल 442.26 लाख, चोपडा पम्पिंग पेयजल 235.33 लाख,ज्योली पेयजल 172.12 लाख,भद्यूनी पम्पिंग योजना 103.35 लाख, बल्यूटी पम्पिंग योजना 261.39 लाख, रानीबाग पम्पिंग योजना 342.05 लाख,सूर्यागांव पम्पिंग योजना 151.98 लाख, दोगडा पेयजल योजना 88.61 लाख,डोलमार पेयजल योजना 61.13 लाख, हैडी पेयजल योजना 27.43 लाख तथा डहरिया धानमिल से आनन्दा स्कूल निलांचल कालोनी से बिडला स्कूल छडायल रोड तक मार्ग पुनः निर्माण कार्य लागत 381.80 लाख की धनराशि का कुल 34 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया।

घोषणा
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कालाढूंगी विधान सभा के लिए नगर पंचायत कालाढूंगी में उपमण्डी समिति की घोषणा, कालाढूंगी में ब्रिटिश कालीन फाउंड्ी को पर्यटन स्थल के रूप में विकसित करने हेतु उसका सौन्दर्यीकरण एवं मुख्य मार्ग तक नहर कवर कर सड़क का निर्माण, विकास खण्ड कोटाबाग के ग्राम धमोला मे लदुवागाड झरने का पर्यटन स्थल का सौन्दर्यीकरण एवं सडक निर्माण, कालाढूंगी मुख्य मार्ग के चकलुवा में नेहाल नदी में मुख्य मार्ग पर पुल का निर्माण,ग्राम रतनपुर बैलपडाव में नलकूप निर्माण तथा बैलपडाव के सरदार धडे मे नलकूप निर्माण, ग्राम पंचायत आंवलकोट मे स्थित प्राचीन हुनमानधाम मन्दिर का जीर्णोद्वार व सौन्दर्यीकरण की घोषणा की।

कार्यक्रम पूर्व मंत्री एवं क्षेत्रीय विधायक बंशीधर भगत ने मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत करते हुये राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में सरकार द्वारा सराहनीय कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। विधानसभा कालाढूंगी आज विकास के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हो रहा है जिसका लाभ यहाँ की जनता को मिलेगा। सरकार द्वारा कालाढूंगी के लिए महात्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं का लोकापर्ण एवं शिलान्यास किया गया है जो कालाढूंगी विधानसभा के लिए मील का पत्थर सिद्व होगी। कार्यक्रम को केन्द्रीय रक्षा राज्यमंत्री अजय भटट, प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भाजपा महेन्द्र भटट एवं जिलाध्यक्ष प्रताप बिष्ट द्वारा भी सम्बोधित किया गया।
