देहरादून, । नैनीताल में 12 साल की बच्ची से दुष्कर्म का मामला गरमाया हुआ है। इस मामले में उत्तराखंड राज्य महिला आयोग की अध्यक्ष कुसुम कंडवाल ने मामले को अत्यंत गंभीर बताते हुए आरोपियों को कठोर से कठोर दंड देने की बात कही है। उन्हांेने कहा कि आरोपियों की संपत्तियों पर बुलडोजर चलाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से आग्रह करेंगी। मामले की गंभीरता को देखते हुए कुसुम कंडवाल ने नैनीताल के वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक प्रह्लाद नारायण मीणा से फोन पर बातचीत की। साथ ही एसएसपी को सख्ताई से कड़ी से कड़ी दंडात्मक कार्रवाई करने को कहा। साथ ही जिलाधिकारी से आरोपी ठेकेदार के सभी लाइसेंस को भी निरस्त करने की बात कही। कण्डवाल ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से निवेदन किया जाएगा कि ऐसी गंदी मानसिकता वाले आरोपी जो देवभूमि की अस्मिता के साथ खेल रहे हैं। उनके खिलाफ कानून के जरिए सख्त दंडात्मक कार्रवाई फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट में चलाई जाए। ताकि, उन्हें जल्द से जल्द कड़ी से कड़ी सजा मिले. साथ ही आरोपियों की संपत्ति पर बुलडोजर भी चलाया जाए।
