प्रकरण में दोषी पाए गए अधिकारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की गई

देहरादून, । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के निर्देशों के क्रम में नगर निगम हरिद्वार द्वारा सराय स्थित भूमि को क्रय किये जाने के प्रकरण में दोषी पाए गए अधिकारियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई की गई है। इस प्रकरण में 4 अधिकारियों को निलंबित किया गया है। एक कर्मचारी के विरूद्ध अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई के निर्देश दिये गए हैं जबकि एक अधिकारी का स्पष्टीकरण तलब किया गया है।
नगर आयुक्त, नगर निगम, हरिद्वार द्वारा उपलब्ध करायी गयी आख्या में प्रथम दृष्टया गंभीर अनियमितता पाए जाने पर प्रकरण की विस्तृत जांच के लिए रणवीर सिंह चैहान, सचिव, गन्ना चीनी, उत्तराखण्ड शासन को जांच अधिकारी नामित किया गया है। जांच में पाया गया है कि उक्त भूमि को क्रय किये जाने हेतु गठित समिति के  सदस्य के रूप में रवीन्द्र कुमार दयाल, अधिशासी अधिकारी श्रेणी-2 (प्रभारी सहायक नगर आयुक्त), नगर निगम, हरिद्वार,  आनन्द सिंह मिश्रवाण, सहायक अभियन्ता (प्रभारी अधिशासी अभियन्ता), नगर निगम, हरिद्वार, लक्ष्मीकांत भट्ट, कर एवं राजस्व अधीक्षक, नगर निगम, हरिद्वार और दिनेश चन्द्र काण्डपाल, अवर अभियन्ता, नगर निगम, हरिद्वार द्वारा अपने दायित्वों का सम्यक् रूप से निर्वहन नहीं किया गया है। इस पर इन सभी अधिकारियों को निलंबित कर दिया गया है। इस प्रकरण में सेवा विस्तार पर कार्यरत सेवानिवृत्त सम्पत्ति लिपिक वेदपाल की संलिप्तता पायी गयी है। उनका सेवा विस्तार समाप्त करते हुए अनुशासनात्मक कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश देने के साथ ही निकिता बिष्ट, वरिष्ठ वित्त अधिकारी, नगर निगम, हरिद्वार का स्पष्टीकरण तलब किया गया है।
