मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए
देहरादून, । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को बनबसा क्षेत्र के ग्राम पंचायत देवीपुरा का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान स्थानीय नागरिकों ने मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया कि सनिया नाले में अत्यधिक कटाव के कारण गांव को भारी खतरे का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। इसके अलावा, नाले में मगरमच्छ देखे गए हैं, जिससे क्षेत्रवासियों में भय और असुरक्षा का माहौल उत्पन्न हो गया था।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने जनता की समस्या को गंभीरता से लेते हुए मौके पर ही वन विभाग और सिंचाई विभाग के अधिकारियों को त्वरित कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश के बाद, 1 घंटे के भीतर श्रब्ठ मशीन बुलवाकर नाले की सफाई का कार्य शुरू किया गया। इसके बाद, सिंचाई विभाग द्वारा सफाई कार्य को तत्परता से पूरा किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा, जनता की सुरक्षा सर्वाेपरि है, और ऐसे खतरों से निपटने के लिए प्रशासन को तत्पर और प्रभावी कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को नाले की नियमित निगरानी और सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए।
ग्राम देवीपुरा के ग्रामीणों ने मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी का धन्यवाद किया और आभार प्रकट किया। इस मौके पर ग्रामीण सुरेश उप्रेती, अशोक सिंह, हरीश सिंह, विवान सिंह वर्मा, देवी ललिता देवी, पुष्पा देवी, आनंदी देवी और कई अन्य महिलाएं भी उपस्थित थीं। ग्रामीणों ने मुख्यमंत्री जी से मिलकर खुशी जाहिर की और इस त्वरित कार्यवाही के लिए उनका आभार व्यक्त किया।
