मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को सरखेत (मालदेवता) प्राकृतिक आपदा प्रभावित क्षेत्र में चल रहे राहत कार्यों का निरीक्षण किया। निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि क्षेत्र में स्थिति सामान्य लाने के लिए कार्यों में और तेजी लाई जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए सरकार द्वारा हर संभव प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर आपदा प्रभावित भैंसवाड़ा एवं छमरौली के 13 परिवारों को राहत राशि के चेक भी वितरित किए। इन सभी परिवारों को 3-3 लाख रुपए प्रथम किस्त प्रदान की गई। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने घोषणा की कि क्यारा धनोल्टी मार्ग के अवशेष 04 किमी मोटर मार्ग का निर्माण जल्द किया जाएगा। मालदेवता के समीप लालपुला एस सिला-मोलधार- सुवाखोली मोटर मार्ग के निर्माण के लिए केंद्रीय सड़क निधि के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव भेजा जाएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि इस क्षेत्र में हुए नुकसान की भरपाई के लिए लगातार कार्य चल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अगस्त में जब इस क्षेत्र में आपदा आई थी, उस समय जिला प्रशासन द्वारा राहत एवं बचाव कार्य के लिए सराहनीय कार्य किया गया। हेलीकॉप्टर के पायलटों ने भी अपनी जान जोखिम में डालकर लोगों को बचाने का कार्य किया। उन्होंने कहा कि आपदा के दौरान सरकार के साथ जन सहयोग बहुत जरूरी है। आपदा के दौरान सभी को किसी न किसी रूप में आगे आना होगा।
