कैबिनेट मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने आज हाथीबड़कला स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में लोक निर्माण विभाग के अधिकारियों एवं स्थानीय जनप्रतिनिधियों साथ बैठक कर मसूरी विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत सड़कों से सम्बंधित विकास कार्यो की समीक्षा की।

बैठक के दौरान मंत्री जोशी ने अधिकारियों से निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति रिपोर्ट ली और कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता से जुड़े विकास कार्यों में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को क्यारा-धनोल्टी मोटर मार्ग, मोटीधार-मरसाना, गढ़- बुरांशखंडा, चालाँग नागल हटनाला, छमरौली-सरोना, बार्लोगंज-चामासारी, सहस्त्रधारा-खैरीमान सिंह, देहरादून-किमाड़ी तथा छमरौली-डोमकोट मोटर मार्ग जैसे प्रमुख सड़कों के कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

उन्होंने सख्त रुख अपनाते हुए कहा कि मोटर मार्ग निर्माण में आ रही विसंगतियों और वन स्वीकृति से संबंधित मामलों को तुरंत निपटाया जाए। साथ ही गढ़ीकैंट-डाकरा मार्ग के चौड़ीकरण तथा अनारवाला-मालसी मार्ग, संताल देवी मार्ग जैसे कार्यों को भी शीघ्रता से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।

मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि बरसात में क्षतिग्रस्त मार्गों, आंतरिक सड़कों, सेतु, सीसीए मार्गों और पुनर्निर्माण से संबंधित कार्यों को भी प्राथमिकता दी जाए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को चेतावनी देते हुए कहा कि कार्यों में उपयोग की जा रही सामग्री की गुणवत्ता से किसी प्रकार का समझौता न किया जाए और सभी कार्य निर्धारित समय सीमा में पूर्ण किए जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि जनहित के विकास कार्यों में पारदर्शिता और गुणवत्ता बनाए रखना सरकार की प्राथमिकता है, और विभागीय अधिकारी इस दिशा में जिम्मेदारी से कार्य करें।
