सहकारिता को ज़मीनी स्तर पर काम करे अधिकारी: डॉ धन सिंह रावत,विभागीय मंत्री ने की देहरादून जनपद की समीक्षा,कहा, 100 दिन में व्यापक सुधार के प्रयास करें अधिकारी।

सूबे के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ धनसिंह रावत ने आज सहकारिता विभागीय की जनपद स्तरीय बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने देहरादून जनपद की समीक्षा कर विभागीय अधिकारियों को 100 दिन की कार्ययोजना पर काम करने के निर्देश दिये।

देहरादून के विकास भवन सभागार में सहकारी समितियों एवं बैंकों की संयुक्त समीक्षा बैठक में उन्होंने विभाग की लचर कार्यप्रणाली पर नाराजगी जताई। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को गुजरात सहकारिता मॉडल का अध्ययन करने और देहरादून में भी उसी तर्ज पर नवाचारों को लागू करने निर्देश दिये और माह दिसंबर तक सभी सहकारी समितियों और जिला सहकारी बैंक में सुधार लाने का लक्ष्य दिया।

*मोबाइल यूपीआई बैंकिंग:* इस वर्ष से शुरू की जा सके जिसको लेकर सभी तैयारियां शीघ्र पूर्ण की जाएं

 

*खाता खोलो अभियान*: शाखा प्रबंधक गांव-गांव जाकर किसानों के साथ संपर्क स्थापित कर नए खाते खोलें।

 

*सहकारिता चौपाल*: 100 दिवसीय जागरूकता अभियान चलाकर ग्रामीणों को सहकारिता से जोड़ा जाए।

 

*महिला समूहों को जोड़ें:* स्वयं सहायता समूहों को खाता खोलने और लघु ऋण लेने हेतु प्रेरित करें।

 

*समितियों को गोद लें*: प्रत्येक अपर जिला सहकारी अधिकारी जिला विकास अधिकारी घाटे में चल रही एक समिति गोद लें एवं उसका व्यवसायिक विकास सुनिश्चित करें।

 

*तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण*: जनपद के सभी 27 शाखा प्रबंधकों को नवाचार व तकनीकी ज्ञान हेतु दो चरणों में प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए।

 

*समितियों का पुनरुद्धार*: घाटे में चल रही समितियों के लिए नया बिजनेस प्लान तैयार कर उन्हें लाभ में लाया जाए।

 

*डिफॉल्टर समितियां*: डिफॉल्टर समितियों को लिक्विडेशन की प्रक्रिया में लाकर कार्रवाई की जाए।

 

*लघु ऋण सुविधा*: रेहड़ी-पटरी वालों, छोटे व्यवसायियों को दैनिक/साप्ताहिक/मासिक आधार पर आसान ऋण उपलब्ध कराए जाएं।

 

*नियमित समीक्षा*: प्रत्येक 15 दिन में समीक्षा बैठक हो एवं मंत्री स्वयं प्रतिमाह प्रगति की समीक्षा करें।

 

विभागीय मंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि सहकारिता को यदि जन आंदोलन बनाना है तो जमीनी स्तर पर कार्य करते हुए किसानों, महिलाओं और युवाओं को इससे जोड़ा जाए। सभी विभागीय अधिकारी समयबद्ध ढंग से कार्य करें, ताकि देहरादून सहकारिता क्षेत्र में राज्य का मॉडल जनपद बन सके।

 

बैठक में अभिनव शाह, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी, नवीन कुमार, सहायक महाप्रबंधक, नाबार्ड, सी. के. कमल, महाप्रबंधक, जिला सहकारी बैंक, बी. एम. मनराल, सहायक निबंधक, देहरादून सहित जनपद की सभी 27 शाखाओं के प्रबंधक, अपर जिला सहकारी अधिकारी एवं सहायक विकास अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
