मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को देहरादून स्थित शहीद स्थल कचहरी परिसर में उत्तराखंड राज्य आंदोलनकारी शहीदों को पुष्पांजलि अर्पित कर उन्हें श्रद्धांजलि दी।

इसी क्रम मेंउत्तराखंड राज्य स्थापना के रजत जयंती वर्ष के अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने पुलिस लाइन में आयोजित राज्य आंदोलनकारी सम्मान समारोह में राज्य आंदोलनकारियों और शहीद राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के परिवारजनों को सम्मानित किया। कचहरी परिसर शहीद स्थल और पुलिस लाइन देहरादून में इस अवसर पर राज्य आंदोलनकारियों पर हेलीकॉप्टर से पुष्प वर्षा भी की गई ।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड राज्य का निर्माण केवल राजनीतिक निर्णय नहीं, बल्कि देवभूमि के लाखों लोगों के बलिदान, संघर्ष और तप का परिणाम है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड आंदोलन के दौरान खटीमा, मसूरी और रामपुर तिराहा जैसी दर्दनाक घटनाएं हमारे इतिहास के अमर अध्याय हैं। राज्य निर्माण में अपने प्राणों की आहुति देने वाले सभी ज्ञात-अज्ञात बलिदानियों को नमन करते हुए उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार आंदोलनकारियों के सम्मान को सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता देती रही है और देती रहेगी। उन्होंने राज्य आंदोलनकारियों के लिए संचालित पेंशन एवं अन्य सुविधाओं का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि यह केवल सहायता नहीं, बल्कि हमारी कृतज्ञता का प्रतीक है।

 

*मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा*

*1.शहीद राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों के नाम पर उनके क्षेत्र की मुख्य अवस्थापना सुविधाओं का नामकरण किया जायेगा।*

 

*2* *उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलन के दौरान 7 दिन जेल गये अथवा राज्य आन्दोलन के दौरान घायल हुये आन्दोलनकारियों की पेंशन प्रतिमाह 6 हजार रुपए से बढ़ाकर 7 हजार रुपए प्रतिमाह की जाएगी।*

 

*3* *उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलन के दौरान जेल गये या घायल श्रेणी से भिन्न अन्य राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों की पेंशन प्रतिमाह 4500 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 5500 रुपए प्रतिमाह की जाएगी।*

 

*4* *उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलन के दौरान विकलांग होकर पूर्णतः शय्याग्रस्त हुए राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों की पेंशन प्रतिमाह 20,000 हजार रूपए से बढ़ाकर 30,000 हजार रुपए की जाएगी और उनकी देखभाल के लिए मेडिकल अटेंडेंड की व्यवस्था भी की जाएगी।*

 

*5* *उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलन के दौरान शहीद हुये राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों के आश्रितों की पेंशन प्रतिमाह 3000 रुपए से बढ़ाकर 5500 रुपए की जाएगी।*

 

*6* *उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आन्दोलनकारियों के चिन्हीकरण हेतु वर्ष 2021 तक जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में प्राप्त लम्बित आवेदन पत्रों के निस्तारण हेतु छः माह का समय विस्तार प्रदान किया जायेगा।*

 

*7* *समस्त शहीद स्मारकों का सौंदर्यीकरण किया जायेगा।*

 

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार आंदोलनकारियों के योगदान को सदैव सम्मानपूर्वक याद रखेगी और उनकी भावना को प्रत्येक नीति एवं निर्णय में स्थान देगी। उन्होंने अपील की कि राज्य स्थापना दिवस पर प्रदेशवासी अपने घरों में पाँच दीपक राज्य आंदोलनकारियों की स्मृति में अवश्य जलाएँ। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड को देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनाने के लक्ष्य की प्राप्ति के लिए राज्य आंदोलन की भावना ही हमारी प्रेरणा है। उन्होंने सभी से इस प्रयास में सहभागिता का आह्वान किया।
