मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में उत्तर प्रदेश एवं उत्तराखण्ड राज्य के मध्य अवशेष आस्तियों एवं दायित्वों के मामलों की समीक्षा की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि जिन मामलों में दोनों राज्यों के बीच पिछली बैठक में सहमति बनी थी, उनमें से जिन मामलों में कार्यवाही गतिमान है, उत्तर प्रदेश के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर उनका जल्द समाधान किया जाए। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी दोनों राज्यों के अवशेष आस्तियों एवं दायित्वों के मामले में जल्द ही उत्तर प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के साथ बैठक करेंगे।

दोनों राज्यों के मुख्यमंत्रियों की पिछली बैठक के बाद जिला उधमसिंहनगर एवं हरिद्वार में स्थित जलाशयों /नहरों में वाटर स्पोर्टस की अनुमति दी जा चुकी है। सिंचाई विभाग उत्तर प्रदेश द्वारा विद्युत बिलों के रूप में 57.87 करोड़ रूपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। उत्तर प्रदेश मत्स्य निगम द्वारा उत्तराखण्ड मत्स्य पालन विकास अभिकरण को 3.98 करोड़ रूपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है। वन विकास निगम उत्तराखण्ड को दी जाने वाली देयताओं का आंशिक भुगतान किया गया है। परिवन निगम की अवशेष राशि का भुगतान किया गया जा चुका है। आवास विभाग के अन्तर्गत आवास विकास परिषद की परिसम्पत्तियों के निस्तारण का निर्णय हुआ है।

बैठक में मुख्य सचिव आनंद बर्द्धन प्रमुख सचिव आर. के सुधांशु, आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव डॉ. नीरज खेरवाल एवं संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
