  • मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने माननीय न्यायालयों में चल रहे सरकारी मामलों की बेहतर पैरवी के लिए विभाग, सरकार और सरकारी अधिवक्ताओं के बीच बेहतर समन्वय के लिए अपने सभागार में शासन के उच्चाधिकारियों एवं सरकारी अधिवक्ताओं के साथ बैठक आयोजित की। 

मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने माननीय न्यायालयों में चल रहे सरकारी मामलों की बेहतर पैरवी के लिए विभाग, सरकार और सरकारी अधिवक्ताओं के बीच बेहतर समन्वय के लिए अपने सभागार में शासन के उच्चाधिकारियों एवं सरकारी अधिवक्ताओं के साथ बैठक आयोजित की। 

मुख्य सचिव ने निर्देश दिए कि जिन विभागों के अधिकतम मामले न्यायालयों में चल रहे हैं, ऐसे प्रमुख विभागों के मामलों के लिए संबंधित विभाग में, शासन में और सरकारी अधिवक्ताओं में नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिए जाएं, ताकि सम्बन्धित मामले में किसी भी प्रकार की जानकारी अथवा चर्चा के लिए किससे संपर्क करना है, यह सुनिश्चित हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि नोडल अधिकारियों को लगातार अपडेट रहने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि केस को बेहतर तरीके से प्रस्तुत करने के लिए विभाग, सरकार और अधिवक्ताओं के मध्य संवाद हो सके इसके लिए एक सिस्टम और मैकेनिज्म तैयार किया जाए।

 

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि किसी मामले को माननीय न्यायालय में जाने पर उचित विभाग को पक्ष बनाया जाना भी आवश्यक है। गलत विभाग को पक्ष बनाए जाने पर मामलों में अनावश्यक देरी होती है। उन्होंने कहा कि सरकार के बड़े और महत्त्वपूर्ण मामलों को शीघ्र निस्तारित किए जाने हेतु मजबूत पैरवी की जाए।

मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि सभी केसों की ससमय तैयारी और समीक्षा हो सके, इसके लिए कोई ऐप या सॉफ्टवेयर तैयार किया जाए ताकि मामलों की जानकारी आसानी से साझा की जा सके।

इस अवसर पर प्रमुख सचिव आर के सुधांशु, प्रमुख सचिव न्याय प्रदीप पंत, सचिव शैलेश बगौली, एडीजी डॉ. वी. मुरुगेशन, ए पी अंशुमान, सचिव डॉ. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, डॉ. रंजीत सिन्हा एवं युगल किशोर पंत सहित सरकारी अधिवक्ता उपस्थित थे।
