प्रदेश के पंचायती राज, लोक निर्माण, पर्यटन, सिंचाई, लघु सिंचाई, ग्रामीण निर्माण, संस्कृति एवं जलागम प्रबन्धन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बृहस्पतिवार को प्रेमनगर आश्रम में पंचायती राज विभाग द्वारा आयोजित जनपद हरिद्वार में सम्पन्न त्रि-स्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव-2022 में उत्कृष्ट सेवा देने वाले अधिकारियों/कार्मिकों एवं चुनाव में विजयी जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सदस्य एवं प्रमुख, ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख, कनिष्ठ प्रमुख क्षेत्र पंचायत को सम्मानित किया।

कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुये पंचायत मंत्री कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने जनपद हरिद्वार में त्रि-स्तरीय पंचायत चुनाव-2022 को निर्विघ्न सम्पन्न कराने एवं इसमें उत्कृष्ट सेवा देने वाले अधिकारियों/कार्मिकों एवं चुनाव में विजयी जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष, उपाध्यक्ष, सदस्य एवं प्रमुख, ज्येष्ठ प्रमुख, कनिष्ठ प्रमुख क्षेत्र पंचायत को बधाई एवं शुभकामनायें देने के साथ ही प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुये कहा कि मेरा हमेशा यह विचार रहा है कि जो भी जिस किसी भी क्षेत्र में अच्छा कार्य करते हैं, उन्हें उनके उत्साहवर्द्धन हेतु पुरस्कृत अवश्य किया जाना चाहिये। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में लोकतंत्र की जड़ें काफी गहरी हैं तथा हमारी सरकार निरन्तर पंचायतों को मजबूती प्रदान कर रही है, जिसमें सभी का सहयोग अपेक्षित है एवं अन्तिम छोर पर जो व्यक्ति खड़ा है, उसके कल्याण के लिये हम कृत संकल्प हैं।

महाराज ने पंचायतों में ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबन्ध नीति का उल्लेख करते हुये कहा कि पंचायतों में ठोस अपशिष्ट प्रबन्ध नीति के तहत केन्द्र पोषित योजना राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के अन्तर्गत जनपद हरिद्वार में कॉमन वेस्ट प्लास्टिक रिसाइकिलिंग फेसिलिटी के अन्तर्गत संयंत्र एवं मशीनरी की स्थापना हेतु 2.95 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि स्वीकृत हुई थी, जिसके क्रम में जिला पंचायत हरिद्वार प्लांण्ट का संचालन कर दिया गया है तथा 20 टन प्लास्टिक वेस्ट का निस्तारण किया गया एवं 95 काम्पेक्टर के सापेक्ष 70 काम्पेक्टर स्थापित कर दिये गये हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि सरकार द्वारा ऐसे पंचायत भवन, जो जीर्ण-शीर्ण स्थिति में हैं तथा इन पंचायत भवनों की मरम्मत की आवश्यकता है, इस हेतु चार लाख रूपये प्रति पंचायत भवन मरम्मत की दर से 150 भवनों की मरम्मत हेतु छह करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि स्वीकृत की गयी है।

कैबिनेट मंत्री ने यह भी जानकारी दी कि सरकार ने पंचायती राज को मजबूती प्रदान करने के उद्देश्य से 100 न्याय पंचायत स्तरों पर दीनदयाल मिनी सचिवालय की स्थापना हेतु स्थानों का चिह्नांकन कर लिया गया है तथा ग्राम पंचायतों में विभिन्न कार्यों के डॉटा फीड हेतु अवर अभियन्ता तथा डॉटा इण्ट्री आपरेटर की तैनाती कर दी गयी है।
श्री सतपाल महाराज ने ग्राम उत्सव का जिक्र करते हुये कहा कि हमारी सरकार ग्राम उत्सव मनाने का कार्य कर रही है तथा उसे भी पर्यटन से जोड़ रहे हैं ताकि ग्रामीणों की आर्थिकी में भी बढ़ोत्तरी होती रहे।

उन्होने पर्यटन का जिक्र करते हुये कहा कि प्रदेश में शाक्त सर्किट, भगवती सर्किट, गोलज्यू सर्किट, नागराज सर्किट, हनुमान सर्किट, विवेकानन्द सर्किट आदि विकसित किये हैं, जिससे हमारा पर्यटन अधिक से अधिक बढ़े तथा इसका फायदा आम जन को प्राप्त हो। चारधाम यात्रा का उल्लेख करते हुये उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा का पंजीकरण ऑन लाइन, टेलीफोन के माध्यम से जारी है तथा जो श्रद्धालु हेलीकाप्टर की सेवा लेना चाहते हैं, उसे भी सुनिश्चित किया गया है।
जिला पंचायत अध्यक्ष राजेन्द्र सिंह ने कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुये कहा कि हम सबका साथ, सबका विकास तथा सबका विश्वास के मूल मंत्र को लेकर चल रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में वर्ष 2014 से अब तक कई महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिये गये हैं, जिससे पूरे विश्व में भारत का मान बढ़ा है।

कार्यक्रम को रानीपुर विधायक आदेश चौहान, भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष संदीप गोयल, पूर्व भाजपा जिला अध्यक्ष डॉ0 जयपाल सिंह चौहान, जिला पंचायत उपाध्यक्ष अमित चौहान ने भी सम्बोधित किया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज एवं विशिष्ट महानुभाओं का पुष्पगुच्छ, शाल ओढ़ाकर तथा प्रतीक चिह्न भेंटकर भव्य स्वागत व अभिनन्दन किया गया।
