मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह ने कहा कि सरकारी भूमि में अतिक्रमण न हो इसके लिए मजबूत मैकेनिज्म बनाया जाय। सरकारी जमीनों पर अतिक्रमण रोकने और अवैध बिक्री को रोकने के लिए प्रभावी कार्ययोजना बनाई जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री आवास में उच्च स्तरीय बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री ने सरकारी भूमि से अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाने की समीक्षा की। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पूर्व में सरकारी भूमि पर अवैध कब्जे हटाए जाने की कार्ययोजना बनाए जाने के लिए निर्देश जारी किए जा चुके हैं। इसके अनुपालन के लिए जनपद स्तर पर प्रभावी कार्रवाई अमल में लाई जाय। उन्होंने कहा कि जिला स्तर पर सिंचाई, लोक निर्माण, वन विभाग, राजस्व विभाग की टीम बनाकर अतिक्रमण हटाने के लिए अभियान चलाए जाय। उन्होंने राज्य के मैदानी क्षेत्रों में अतिक्रमण के मामलों को देखने के लिए शासन स्तर पर एक नोडल अधिकारी नियुक्त किए जाने के निर्देश प्रमुख सचिव को दिए। उन्होंने हरिद्वार में गंगा किनारे, रुद्रपुर में कल्याणी नदी किनारे और नैनीताल जिले में कोसी आदि नदियों के किनारों पर भी अवैध अतिक्रमण को रोकने के लिए सख्ती से कार्रवाई करने के निर्देश दिए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सरकारी भूमि को कब्जाने वालों के खिलाफ कठोर कानूनी कार्रवाई किए जाने और कूट रचना कर जमीनों के फर्जी दस्तावेज बनाए जाने के मामलों पर भी प्रभावी रोक लगाने के उपाय सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। मुख्यमंत्री श्री धामी ने एडीजी श्री ए.पी.अंशुमान को बाहरी लोगों के सत्यापन के लिए नियम और कड़े किए जाने की अपेक्षा जताई। एडीजी ने उन्हें अवगत कराया कि सत्यापन के लिए 18 बिंदुओं पर आख्या मांगी जा रही है,जिसका डेटा राज्य स्तर पर भी संकलित किया जा रहा है।
