शिक्षकों के स्थानांतरण-प्रमोशन दोनों होंगेः डॉ. धन सिंह रावत,विभागीय अधिकारियों को दिये सभी औपचारिकताएं पूर्ण करने के निर्देश,कहा, विधि व कार्मिक विभाग से परामर्श लेकर दाखिल करें जवाब।

विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत शिक्षकों को वार्षिक स्थानांतरण का लाभ दिया जायेगा। इसके लिये विभागीय अधिकारियों को सभी औपचारिकताएं पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। इसके साथ ही शिक्षकों की पदोन्नति के प्रकरण को भी विभागीय स्तर पर सुलझाने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये गये हैं ताकि लम्बे समय से प्रोमोशन का इन्तजार कर रहे शिक्षकों को इसका लाभ दिया जा सके।

 

सूबे के विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत शिक्षकों के प्रमोशन एवं वार्षिक स्थानांतरण को लेकर राज्य सरकार गंभीर है। सरकार की मंशा जल्द से जल्द सभी पात्र शिक्षकों को प्रमोशन का लाभ देना है। उन्होंने बताया कि हाल ही में शिक्षकों के प्रमोशन और वार्षिक स्थानांतरण को लेकर उनकी अध्यक्षता में उच्चस्तरीय बैठक आयोजित की गई। जिसमें मुख्य सचिव आनंद वर्द्धन सहित प्रमुख सचिव न्याय, सचिव कार्मिक, सचिव वित्त और विभागीय आलाधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। बैठक में शिक्षकों के पदोन्नति व स्थानांतरण संबंधी सभी पहलुओं पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा की गई। जिसमें सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) से प्रवक्ता तथा सहायक अध्यापक (एलटी) व प्रवक्ता से हेडमास्टर के पदों पर पदोन्नति के मामलों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर निपटाने हेतु अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये गये। इसके साथ ही अधिकारियों को विधि व कार्मिक विभाग से उचित परामर्श लेकर सक्षम फोरम पर औचित्यपूर्ण जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा गया है। साथ ही पदोन्नति की पात्रता रखने वाले सभी शिक्षकों की सूची तैयार करने को भी कहा गया है।

विभागीय मंत्री डा. रावत ने बताया कि बैठक में शिक्षकों के वार्षिक स्थानांतरण को लेकर विभागीय उच्चाधिकारियों को विद्यालयों के कोटीकरण को लेकर उच्च न्यायालय में ठोस पहल करने को कहा गया है। साथ ही वार्षिक स्थानांतरण के तहत विभिन्न श्रेणियों के अंतर्गत पात्र शिक्षकों की स्थानांतरण सूची भी तैयार करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये गये हैं।
