मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को विधानसभा नैनीताल में लगभग 21997.75 लाख की विकास योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया

विधान सभा नैनीताल के विकास हेतु मुख्यमंत्री ने 08 विकास जनाओं का लोकार्पण तथा 134 विकास योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया

कार्यक्रम स्थल फ्लैट्स मैदान पहुंचने पर मुख्यमंत्री का गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया गया। उन्होंने सभी का आभार व्यक्त किया.

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने विधानसभा नैनीताल के लिए 21997.75 योजनाओं का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास करते हुए कहा कि इन योजनाओं के माध्यम से इस क्षेत्र के विकास की नींव रखी गई है, इन योजनाओं के पूर्ण होने पर क्षेत्र का सर्वांगीण विकास होगा तथा क्षेत्र को विकास की नई गति मिलेगी तथा यह योजनायें आने वाले समय में काफी लाभकारी सिद्ध होंगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कैची धाम में लगने वाले जाम से निजात दिलाने हेतु भवाली सेनेटोरियम से रातीघाट तक बाईपास के निर्माण की घोषणा की साथ ही तल्ला रामगढ से क्वारब तक टूलेन सडक मार्ग निर्माण, विकास खण्ड भीमताल देवीधुरा-जमीरा-ज्सूडा- मोटर मार्ग निर्माण, विकास खण्ड कोटाबाग में ग्राम पंगूठ से गढचोली तक मोटर मार्ग निर्माण,विकास खण्ड बेतालघाट में रेवली 3.5 किमी मोटर मार्ग निर्माण,भवाली पर्यटक आवास गृह का उच्चीकरण एवं मरम्मत कार्य,नैनीताल में शमशान घाट तक सड़क निर्माण, नैनीताल शहर में 50 वर्ष पुरानी सीवर लाइन को बदला जायेगा की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा जितनी भी योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया है जल्द ही इन योजनाओं को धरातल पर उतारा जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखण्ड को विकास हेतु 9 वर्ष में 1.50 लाख करोड की धनराशि की योजनाओं पर कार्य किया गया। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार रोजगार के अवसर पैदा कर पलायन को रोकने के विजन पर कार्य कर रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार द्वारा 813 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि उद्यान, बागवानी हेतु किसानों को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने हेतु दिया गया है, आने वाले वर्ष में उत्तराखण्ड में 50 हजार पॉलीहाउस बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश का युवा, मातृशक्ति व किसान को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के लिए विशेष प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रदेश में मातृशक्ति का सशक्तिकरण हो रहा है, मातृशक्ति के लोकल उत्पादों को देश व अन्तर्राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान मिली है। जिससे हमारी मातृशक्ति की आर्थिकी के साथ ही देश व दुनिया में नई पहचान मिली है। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश मे नकल विरोधी कानून बनने के पश्चात चार परीक्षाएं आयोजित की गई इन परीक्षाओं में 4.5 लाख युवाओं ने परीक्षा दी है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पारदर्शिता के आधार पर परीक्षा हो रही है योग्य परीक्षार्थी का प्रतिभा के आधार पर सलेक्शन किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि नकल विरोधी कानून हमारी सरकार ने बनाया है इसे देश के अन्य राज्य की मॉडल के रूप मे लागू कर रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा अन्त्योदय योजना के अंतर्गत माताओं एवं बहनों को 3 गैस सिलेंडर निशुल्क दिये जा रहे है प्रदेश में अब तक 1 लाख 76 हजार लोगों को इस योजना से लाभ मिला है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा सरकार समान नागरिक संहिता बिल की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है जल्द ही इसे लागू किया जायेगा। उन्होंने कहा लैंड जेहाद को लेकर कठोर कानून लेकर आ रहे हैं तथा जबरन धर्मांतरण को लेकर भी कडा कानून लेकर आये है साथ ही सरकार द्वारा राज्य आंदोलनकारियों को 10 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण दिया गया है, सरकार द्वारा जितनी भी विकास परक योजनायें चलाई जा रही है उसमें हर वर्ग का सम्मान किया जा रहा है।
