देहरादून, । केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण तथा ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने सोमवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के साथ मुख्यमंत्री आवास देहरादून में कृषि एवं ग्रामीण विकास विभाग की केन्द्रीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। बैठक में उत्तराखंड के कृषि मंत्री  गणेश जोशी, राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन सलाहकार समिति के उपाध्यक्ष विनय रोहिला भी उपस्थित थे। केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण तथा ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री शिवराज सिंह चैहान ने कहा कि किसानों तक वैज्ञानिकों की पहुंच सुनिश्चित कराए जाने के लिए वैज्ञानिकों की 2 हजार टीमें बनाई जा रही हैं। वैज्ञानिकों की टीमें देश के प्रत्येक जनपद में जाकर वहां की भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के हिसाब से उत्पादन में वृद्धि, किसानों को आधुनिक खेती और तकनीकी से जोड़ने, कृषि और बागवानी से जुड़े विभिन्न आयामों के बारे में जानकारी देंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड में अच्छा कार्य हो रहा है। राज्य में कृषि का क्षेत्रफल घटा है, लेकिन उत्पादन बढ़ा है। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में कृषि के क्षेत्र में लंबी अवधि की कार्ययोजना पर कार्य किया जाए, इसके साथ ही राज्य में तात्कालिक रूप से कृषि के क्षेत्र में जो कार्य होने हैं, उनके लिए भारत सरकार से जो अपेक्षा है, उसका प्रस्ताव भेजा जाए।
केंद्रीय कृषि मंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा कि उत्तराखंड के यशस्वी, कर्मठ और कल्पनाशील मस्तिष्क के धनी मुख्यमंत्री  पुष्कर धामी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड अद्भुत प्रगति और विकास कर रहा है, प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के सबका साथ, सबका विकास और सबके विश्वास के मूलमंत्र को अपनाते हुए चाहे वो इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का सवाल हो, चाहे खेती का मामला हो, ग्रामीण विकास हो, प्रधानमंत्री आवास के मकान हो, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना का बेहतर क्रियान्वयन हो या आजीविका मिशन के माध्यम से महिला सशक्तिकरण का काम हो, यहां तेजी से दीदियां आगे बढ़ रहीं हैं और लखपति दीदी बन रहीं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में कृषि के क्षेत्र में अद्भुत काम हुआ है। बढ़ती हुई जनसंख्या के कारण जब नया राज्य बना तो खेती क्षेत्रफल में कम हो गई, लेकिन उत्पादन लगातार बढ़ता जा रहा है इसके लिए मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर धामी जी को श्री चैहान ने बधाई दी।उन्होंने कहा कि , राज्य के ग्रामीण विकास और कृषि मंत्री भी लगातार इन कामों को गति दे रहे हैं।
शिवराज चैहान ने कहा कि बैठक में कई विषयों पर सार्थक चर्चा हुई। उन्होंने कहा, ”मुझे बताते हुए खुशी है, कई एक्सीलेंट आइडियाज यहां से मिले जैसे ग्रामीण विकास के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड ने अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त की ‘हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज’ को एक एंकर संस्थान के रूप में स्थापित किया जाए, यह बहुत सराहनीय विचार है और हमने तय किया है कि चाहे महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप हो, एफपीओज हो उनके गठन से लेकर एसएजी उत्पादन के एकत्रीकरण, ब्रांडिंग, मार्केटिंग, जीआईटेक और फिर जो यहां की फसलें हैं चाहे वो लाल चावल हों, फिंगर, बाजरा हो, जंगली शहद हो इनकी पहुंच को हम कैसे जनता तक बढ़ाएं, इसके लिए ग्रामीण विकास विभाग, हमारा एनआरएलएम एक उपयुक्त टीम भेजेगा और राज्य सरकार के साथ मिलकर इस विचार को जमीन पर क्रियान्वित करेगा ताकि जो विशिष्ट उत्पाद है उनके लिए देश और दुनिया को हम बाजार बना सकें उनकी पहुंच वहां तक बढ़ा सकें और इस काम में लगे भाई और बहनों की आय बढ़ सके”। श्री चैहान ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि ग्रामीण विकास के लिए भी अभी प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास के रूप में 2018 के आवास प्लस की जो सूची थी उनको सबको आवास प्रदान किए जा चुके हैं , लेकिन अब चाहे वो पहाड़ों पर रहने वाले भाई-बहन हों या मैदानों में रहने वाले भाई-बहन हों इसके लिए एक व्यापक सर्वे होगा ताकि जो कच्चे आवासों में भी रह रहे हों उनको पक्का मकान प्रदान किया जा सके। उन्होंने कहा कि एक लाख से ज्यादा लाभार्थी चिन्हित हुए हैं तो प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण आवास योजना के अंतर्गत चरणबद्ध तरीके से उनको आवास प्लस प्रदान किए जाएंगे, अभी कई बसावटें ऐसी बचीं हैं जो प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना से नहीं जुड़ीं हैं, प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना के चैथे चरण में इन सब बसावटों को सम्मिलित कर लिया जाएगा और लखपति दीदी अभियान जो प्रधानमंत्री का संकल्प है कि हर बहन को लखपति बनाना है उसमें उत्तराखंड सरकार बहुत तेजी से काम कर रही है, उसके लिए भी जितनी आवश्यक है धनराशि यहां प्रदान की जाएगी, कौशल विकास में भी हम यहां कोई कसर नहीं छोड़ेंगे। बैठक में मुख्य सचिव  आनंद वर्द्धन, प्रमुख सचिव आर. मीनाक्षी सुंदरम, सचिव राधिका झा, चंद्रेश यादव,  एस.एन. पांडेय, रणवीर सिंह चैहान, कुलपति पंतनगर विश्वविद्यालय डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह चैहान, भरसार विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति डॉ. प्रमेंद्र कौशल, भारत सरकार से अपर सचिव  आर. आनंद, संयुक्त सचिव अमित शुक्ला और संबंधित अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
