जन खजाने से परवरिश की जाती है हमारी, डॉक्टर्स की, हम सबकीः DM

देहरादून, । जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल की अध्यक्षता में ऋषिपर्णा सभागार कलेक्टेªट में उप जिला चिकित्सालय प्रेमनगर एवं विकासनगर तथा सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केन्द्र चकराता प्रबन्धन समिति की बैठक आयोजित की गई। जिलाधिकारी ने चिकित्सालयों से अपै्रल 2024 से मार्च 2025 तक सुविधा, सेवा एवं विशेषज्ञों चिकित्सकों द्वारा जनमानस को दी गई सेवाओं सुविधाओं, भर्ती मरीजों की संख्या, आपरेशन, रेफरल का विवरण तलब किया है। डीएम ने कहा कि मुख्यमत्रंी की अवधारणा तहत हमारे जन अस्पताल होने हैं ‘‘ए’’  क्लास करना है तथा जन चिकित्सालय को आमजन के लिए सुदृढ करना है  आमजन ही हैं हमारे प्रीमियम कस्टमर है। उन्होंने निर्देश दिए कि जब जिले से चिकित्सा परिव्यय को  डबल किया है तो  हर हाल में हमारे जन अस्पताल को अव्वल करना है। डीएम हुए सख्त; फंड कर दिया डबल तो क्यों नहीं हुआ निर्देशों पर अमल, आज ही करें टेण्डर व क्रय आदेश जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्याप्त धन साधन उपलब्ध करवाते हुए डीएम ने पूर्ण जस्टिफिकेशन, संग पर्सनल रिस्क पर चिकित्सा का धन अलॉटमेंट, सहायक कमी, नर्सों की भर्ती, उपकरण,एम्बलेंसेस क्रय में अभूतपूर्व इजाफा किया है। डीम ने अपनी पूर्व विजिट के दर्जनों, कम्पलाई, कार्य पूर्ति, व उपकरण क्रय का लिया अत्यंत बारीक जायजा लिया।  कोरोनेशन की भांति विकासनगर, ऋषिकेश, प्रेमनगर में 15 जून तक चाईल्ड आईसीयू संचालित करने के निर्देश साथ ही कोरोनेशन, विकासनगर, ऋषिकेश, प्रेमनगर चिकित्सालय में 15 मई तक आपरेशन के आंकड़े डबल करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा कि डॉक्टर  अपने भीतर जनभावना की लौ को जलाकर रखें, डॉक्टर्स को दिया गया भगवान का दर्जे को कायम रखें। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रशासन मैन मटिरियल, मशीनरी दे सकता है।

I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
