मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में जन ससमयाओं को सुना। इस अवसर पर प्रदेश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों से आये लोगों ने अपनी समस्याओं से मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया। लोगों ने स्वास्थ्य, सड़क, रोजगार, जमीन से संबंधित एवं अन्य समस्याओं से अवगत कराया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जो भी समस्याएं लोगों द्वारा रखी गई है, उनका शीघ्र समाधान किया जायेगा। अधिकांश जन समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों का उन्होंने मौके पर ही समाधान किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि आज जो भी जन शिकायतें एवं समस्याओं के लिए पत्र प्राप्त हुए हैं उनको समाधान के लिए शीघ्र संबंधित अधिकारियों को भेजा जाए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सभी समस्याओं एवं शिकायतों पर हुई कार्यवाही का वे स्वयं भी फीडबैक लेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस अवसर पर अधिकारियों को यह भी निर्देश दिये कि जिन अधिकारियों एवं कर्मचारियों द्वारा अनावश्यक रूप से लोगों के कार्यों को अटकाया जा रहा है या विलंब किया जा रहा है, उन पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि जन समस्याओं का समाधान तेजी से हो इसके लिए जिलाधिकारियों को प्रत्येक कार्य दिवस में दो घंटे जन समस्याओं को सुनने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। मुख्यमंत्री जनपदों के भ्रमण के दौरान सरकार द्वारा चलाई जा रही विभिन्न योजनाओं का लगातार फीडबैक ले रहे हैं। जिलाधिकारियों को जनपदों में जनता दरबार, तहसील दिवस एवं बीडीसी की नियमित बैठकें करने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं।

इस अवसर पर हरिद्वार जनपद के खेड़ी शिकोहपुर के एक व्यक्ति ने शिकायत की कि लेखपाल द्वारा उनकी वास्तविक जमीन को फरद में कम दिखाया गया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि इसकी जांच कराई जाए, यदि शिकायत सत्य पाई जाती है, तो संबंधित पर सख्त कार्रवाई की जाए। एक व्यक्ति द्वारा अपने कमर का ईलाज करवाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री से अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को उनका ईलाज एम्स ऋषिकेश में करवाने का निर्देश दिया। एक व्यक्ति द्वारा देहरादून से रसिया महादेव तक बस सेवा शुरू करने का अनुरोध किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इसका परीक्षण कराकर उचित कार्यवाही की जायेगी।
