विकासखण्ड द्वारीखाल के अन्तर्गत ग्राम ओडलछोटा में प्रमुख महेन्द्र सिंह राणा ने टिन शैड एवं नाली निर्माण कार्य का लोकार्पण किया।

ग्रामवासियों की लम्बे समय से यहां टिन शैड की मांग की जा रही थी, जिसको प्रमुख ने आज उदघाटन कर विधिवत ग्राम पंचायत के सुर्पुद कर ग्रामवासियों की माग पूरी कर दी। इसके लिए मनरेगा एवं क्षेत्र पंचायत निधि से धनराशि स्वीकृत की गयी है। प्रमुख राणा इस क्षेत्र से क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य भी हैं।
इस टिनशैड के बन जाने से छोटे बडे कार्य इस टिनशैड में आसानी से किये जा सकते हैं। आज ग्राम ओडलछोटा पंहुचने पर ग्रामवासियों, प्रधान ग्राम पंचायत ओडलबडा एवं जनप्रतिनिधियों एवं ग्रामवासियों ने ओडलछोटा पंहुचने पर प्रमुख राणा का ढोल-दमाउ एवं फूल मालाओं से हार्दिक स्वागत व अभिनन्दन किया। इस अवसर पर प्रमुख ने कहा कि मेरी सोच हमेशा विकास के प्रति रही है, हमने विकास किया है आगे भी करेंगे। इसके लिए आप सभी के सहयोग की आवश्यकता है। मैं अकेला कुछ नही कर सकता हूँ, जब तक आप लोगो का सहयोग व प्रेम मिलता है तभी हम विकास कर सकते हैं। आप लोगो ने हमेशा ही मुझे सहयोग एवं आर्शीवाद दिया है। आगे भी आपका साथ एवं सहयोग मिलता रहेगा। इस अवसर श्री मान सिंह ग्राम ओडलछोटा द्वारा भण्डारे का आयोजन भी किया गया। सभी ने भण्डारे में प्रसाद ग्रहण कर आर्षीवाद लिया। इस अवसर पर प्रधान संगठन के अध्यक्ष श्री अर्जुन सिंह, क्षेत्र पंचायत सदस्य कीरत सिंह, राजपाल सिंह बिष्ट, ग्राम समिति अध्यक्ष अर्जुन सिंह नेगी, महिला मंगल दल अध्यक्षा श्रीमती सीमा देवी, सरोजनी देवी, गोदाम्बरी देवी, प्रदीप सिंह, कुलदीप सिंह, दिपेन्द्र सिंह, भूपेन्द्र सिंह, मनोज सिंह, ताजवर सिंह,मनदीप, ग्रामीण , खण्ड विकास अधिकारी हरेन्द्र सिंह कोहली, विकासखंड के अधिकारी/कर्मचारी प्रधान ओडलबडा कुसुमलता देवी, प्रधान चमोली गांव अर्जुन सिंह रावत, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता वीरेन्द्र सिंह नेगी पोगठा ,आदि उपस्थित रहे।
