श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह : विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास जी की दूरदर्शिता एवं कुशल नेतृत्व में आज मिशन उच्च शिक्षा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा तथा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में मानव सेवा के रूप में कार्य कर रहा है

श्री गुरुराम राय विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह का भव्य आयोजन मंगलवार 11 अप्रैल को किया गया। समारोह में मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उत्तराखण्ड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी व उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत अति विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे। साथ ही विनोद चमोली, विधायक धर्मपुर व प्रो. डी.पी. सिंह, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के पूर्व चेयरमैन एवं वर्तमान शिक्षा सलाहकार, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार, मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में मौजूद रहे।
मंगलवार को दीक्षांत समारोह का शुभारंभ दीक्षांत पंडाल में अकादमिक शोभा यात्रा के आगमन से हुआ। शोभा यात्रा का नेतृत्व श्री गुरु राम रायविश्वविद्याल के कुलसचिव डॉ अजय कुमार खंडूड़ी ने किया। शोभायात्रा में कुलपति, बोर्ड ऑफ गर्वनेंस, बोर्ड ऑफ मैनेजमेंट एवं एकेडमिक काउंसिल के सदस्य शामिल रहे। मां सरस्वती की प्रतिमा के समक्ष दीप प्रज्जवलन से कार्यक्रम का शुभारम्भ हुआ।
श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. यू.एस. रावत ने समारोह के मुख्य अतिथियों एवं मुख्यवक्ताओं को पुष्प गुच्छ, अंगवस्त्र एवं स्मृतिचिन्ह भेंट कर सम्मानित किया। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति ने स्वागत संबोधन देते हुए विद्यार्थियों की सफलता की कामना की तथा विगत वर्षों में महाविद्यालय की शैक्षणिक प्रगति की आख्या प्रस्तुत की। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति ने विद्यार्थियों को दीक्षोपदेश देते हुए उन्हें सदैव सत्य एवं धर्म का आचरण, माता पिता एवं गुरु के प्रति अपने कर्तव्य का निर्वहन करने एवं धर्म ग्रंथों के उपदेशों का पालन करने की शपथ दिलायी। कुलपति ने अध्यक्षीय उद्बोधन में कहा कि विद्यार्थी अब शैक्षणिक वातावरण से निकलकर उन्मुक्त एवं प्रतिस्पर्धा के वातावरण में प्रवेश कर रहे हैं जहां उन्हें शिक्षा एवं कौशल के द्वारा अपनी पहचान बनानी है।
कुलपति ने कहा कि विश्वविद्यालय की स्थापना 2017 में श्री गुरु राम राय एजुकेशन मिशन के अंतर्गत की गई। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास जी की दूरदर्शिता एवं कुशल नेतृत्व में आज मिशन उच्च शिक्षा, चिकित्सा शिक्षा तथा शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में मानव सेवा के रूप में कार्य कर रहा है। उन्होंने जानकारी दी कि विश्वविद्यालय सहभागिता एवं सहयोग विस्तार पर ध्यान देते हुए कई राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय उच्च शिक्षा संस्थानों के साथ समझौता ज्ञापन पर हस्ताक्षर करके अनुसंधान एवं नवाचार के लिए बहुसंस्थागत केंद्र विकसित करने हेतु प्रयासरत है। इसके परिणाम स्वरूप विश्वविद्यालय को 38 एमऒयू और मल्टीपल रिसर्च लिंकेज के साथ राज्य व राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर मान्यता मिल रही हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इस दिशा में विश्वविद्यालय ने 25 से अधिक पेटेंट प्रकाशित किए हैं जिनमें से आठ को सम्मानित किया जा चुका हैद्य साथ ही विश्वविद्यालय ने विगत 6 वर्षों में 1400 से अधिक रिसर्च पेपर प्रकाशित किए हैंद्य उन्होंने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय का इनोवेशन एवं इनक्यूबेशन केंद्र नवोदित उद्यमियों और उद्यमशीलता द्वारा अपने नवीन विचारों को व्यावसायिक उत्पादों में बदलने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रहा हैद्य उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से आह्वान किया कि वे अपने शैक्षिक योग्यता का जीवन में श्रेष्ठतम प्रयोग करें और समाज की बेहतरी में अपना योगदान दें।
इस मौके पर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति ने कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दासजी महाराज के शुभकामना संदेश को प्रेषित किया। उन्होंने बताया कि विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति ने विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह के लिए समस्त विश्वविद्यालय परिवार को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए इसे हर्ष और गौरव का क्षण बताया है। उन्होंने समारोह की सफलता की कामना करते हुए आने वाले भविष्य के लिए विद्यार्थियों को शुभकामनाएं दी है। उनके अनुसार श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में सदैव अभिनव प्रयोग और गुणवत्तापूर्ण शिक्षा का पक्षधर रहा है।
समारोह में उत्तराखण्ड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी मुख्य अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे। उन्होंने उपाधि प्राप्त कर रहे विद्यार्थियों को अपनी शुभकामनाएं दी और कहा कि वे आदर्श गुणों को अवश्य अपनाएं, जिससे समाज और राष्ट्र का नव-निर्माण हो सके। मुख्यमंत्री ने आशा व्यक्त की कि यहां के विद्यार्थी देशभर में प्रदेश का नाम रोशन करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री का कहना था कि जीवन में कुछ पाने के लिए हमेशा मन में सीखने की इच्छा को बनाकर रखना चाहिएद्य क्योंकि ज्ञान का कोई अंत नहीं होता हैद्य उनका कहना था कि संस्थान के लिए उसके छात्र ही उसके ब्रांड एंबेसडर होते हैद्य प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी जी ने देश को आत्मनिर्भरता का मंत्र दिया हैद्य उन्होंने विद्यार्थियों से आह्वान किया कि वे आत्मनिर्भर भारत बनने में अपना योगदान देंद्य इसके लिए विद्यार्थियों को चुनौतियों को स्वीकार करना होगा तथा उन्हें अवसर में बदलना होगाद्य आज भारत दुनिया का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा स्टार्टअप हब बनकर उभरा हैद्य उन्होंने कहा कि यह दीक्षांत समारोह संस्थान के अध्यापकों, कर्मचारियों और छात्रों के अनवरत मेहनत का परिणाम हैद्यउन्होंने दीक्षांत समारोह के सफल आयोजन के लिए विश्वविद्यालय परिवार के कुलपति सहित समस्त स्टॉफ को भी हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं दीं।
समारोह के अति विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में उपस्थित रहे प्रदेश के उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत का कहना था कि नवाचार, अनुसंधान और विकास के माध्यम से ही हम समाज में सकारात्मक परिवर्तन ला सकते हैंद्य उनका कहना था कि आज का शैक्षिक पाठ्यक्रम उद्योग केंद्रित होने चाहिएद्य उन्होंने खुशी जाहिर की श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय इस संबंध में तीव्र गति से आगे बढ़ रहा हैद्य उन्होंने सरकार के स्टार्टअप इंडिया अभियान से छात्रों से जुड़ने के लिए आहवान किया कि वे उद्यमी बने और रोजगार सृजित करेंद्य उनका कहना था कि आज भारत को नौकरी चाहने वालों की नहीं नौकरी देने वालों की जरूरत हैद्य उन्होंने कहा कि विद्यार्थी समाज और मानवता के लाभ के लिए अपने ज्ञान का पूर्ण प्रयोग करने का संकल्प लेंद्य साथ ही उन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय के गौरव और सफलता की भी कामना कीद्य उनका कहना था कि शिक्षा उनके सरकार की प्राथमिकताओं में से एक है तथा इस वर्ष शीघ्र ही भव्य ज्ञान कुंभ का आयोजन किया जाएगाद्य
कार्यक्रम के मुख्य वक्ता, प्रो. डी.पी. सिंह, विश्वविद्यालय अनुदान आयोग के पूर्व चेयरमैन एवं वर्तमान में शिक्षा सलाहकार, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार ने विद्यार्थियों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि वे अपने जीवन के एक नए चरण में प्रवेश कर रहे हैं, जिसमें कई चुनौतियां है, यदि सभी सच्ची निष्ठा, ईमानदारी एवं कौशलता से कार्य करेंगे तो जरूर सफल होंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि युवाओं को नैतिक रूप से प्रतिबद्ध करने और आधुनिक ज्ञान देने के साथ उनके पूर्ण व्यक्तित्व को निखारने में विश्वविद्यालय की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका होती है। उनका कहना था कि शिक्षा किसी भी राष्ट्र की प्रगति में सबसे महत्वपूर्ण उपकरण हैद्य साथ ही शिक्षा उपाधियों के अर्जन के साथ-साथ आपके चिंतन और जीवन जीने के सही मार्ग को दर्शाने का जरिया भी हैद्य उनका कहना था कि राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति 2020 में शिक्षा की सभी विशेषताओं को अपनाया गया है द्ययह नीति सशक्त भारत के सुदृढ़ भविष्य की कुंजी हैद्य हमारी शिक्षा व्यवस्था में यह रूपांतकारी परिवर्तन चुनौतीपूर्ण है द्यसाथ ही बदलते परिदृश्य के साथ बदलते वैश्विक चुनौतियों के समाधान के लिए यह अनिवार्य भी हैद्य उन्होंने खुशी व्यक्त की कि शिक्षा नीति 2020 के क्रियान्वयन की दिशा में श्री गुरु राम विश्वविद्यालय भी संकल्पित हैद्य हर्ष की बात है कि विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा 10 संकाय एवं 80 विषयों के साथ पारंपरिक विषयों के साथ ही रोजगारपरक व्यावसायिक विषयों का संचालन सफलतापूर्वक किया जा रहा है तथा शोध एवं नवाचार पर विशेष रूप से ध्यान केंद्रित किया जा रहा हैद्य साथ ही उन्होंने दीक्षांत समारोह में पदक और उपाधि प्राप्त करने वाले सभी विद्यार्थियों को उज्जवल भविष्य की शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित कीद्य
इस मौके पर विनोद चमोली, विधायक धर्मपुर ने उपाधि प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों को शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि सभी युवा विद्यार्थियों को अपने लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के साथ ही जन कल्याण और समाज को बेहतर बनाने के लिए पहल करनी चाहिए। उनका कहना था कि उत्तराखंड में शिक्षा के क्षेत्र में श्री गुरु राम राय एजुकेशन मिशन का योगदान अमूल्य हैद्य

 

दीक्षांत समारोह में 5386 छात्र-छात्राओं को प्रदान की गई डिग्री
श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह में 5386 छात्र-छात्राओं को डिग्री प्रदान की गई। इनमें से 218 मेधावी छात्र-छात्राओं को स्वर्ण पदकों से सम्मानित किया गया। गोल्ड मैडल प्राप्त करने वाले छात्रों में स्नातकोत्तर के 156 तथा स्नातक के 62 छात्र शामिल हैं। साथ ही 34 शोधार्थियों को पीएचडी की उपाधि प्रदान की गई। दीक्षांत समारोह में एसजीआरआर विश्वविद्यालय के चार छात्रों को कुलाधिपति ट्रॉफी से सम्मानित भी किया गया। इस मौके पर डिग्री व मैडल पाकर सभी विद्यार्थियों के चेहरे खुशी से झूम उठे।

कुलाधिपति ट्रॉफी से सम्मानित हुए 4 विद्यार्थी
दीक्षांत समारोह में 4 छात्र-छात्राओं को कुलाधिपति ट्रॉफी से सम्मानित किया गया। इनमें स्कृल ऑफ बेसिक एंड एप्लाइड साइंस के अंतर्गत मास्टर ऑफ साइंस (बायोटैक्नोलॉजी) के हीरा सिंह गरिया, स्कृल ऑफ कम्प्यूटर एप्लिकेशन एंड इन्फारमेशन टैक्नोलॉजी के अंतर्गत मास्टर ऑफ कम्प्यूटर एप्लिकेशन से निधि यादव, बैचलर्स ऑफ कम्प्यूटर एप्लिकेशन से दृष्टांत शर्मा तथा बैचलर्स ऑफ कम्प्यूटर एप्लिकेशन से ही सत्यम सिंह शामिल हैं।
दीक्षांत समारोह में श्री गुरु राम राय मेडिकल कॉलेज के छात्र मयंक गुप्ता को आरके बंसल मेमोरियल अवॉर्ड (फॉरेंसिक मेडिसिन, वर्ष 2022) से सम्मानित किया गया।

सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन
श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह की खुशी सभी विद्यार्थियों के चेहरे पर दिखाई दी। समारोह में सभी विद्यार्थी और शिक्षकगण खासे उत्साहित दिखे। इस मौके पर विभिन्न सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का भी आयोजन किया गया। सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों के आयोजन ने दीक्षांत समारोह के आयोजन में समां बांध दिया। दीक्षांत समारोह में मौजूद सभी डिग्री व मैडल प्राप्त विद्यार्थियों ने सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का जमकर आनंद लिया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में विश्वविद्यालय के कुलसचिव डॉ अजय कुमार खंडूड़ी ने उपस्थित सभी अतिथियों को धन्यवाद ज्ञापन प्रेषित किया। उन्होंने डिग्री प्राप्त करने वाले सभी विद्यार्थियों को उज्जवल भविष्य की शुभकामना देते हुए समाज में अहम योगदान देने के लिए प्रेरित कियाद्य
इस मौके पर दून विश्वविद्यालय की कुलपति प्रोफेसर सुलेखा डंगवाल, यूसर्क की निदेशक प्रोफेसर अनीता रावत, यूकास्ट के पूर्व महानिदेशक प्रोफेसर राजेंद्र डोभाल, हिमालय विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रोफेसर जे.पी .पचौरी सहित कई गणमान्य व्यक्तियों, शिक्षावदों ने समारोह की शोभा बढ़ाई।
दीक्षांत समारोह में विश्वविद्यालय की शैक्षणिक समन्वयक डॉ.मालविका कांडपाल, डॉ. आरपी सिंह, डीन रिसर्च प्रोफेसर लोकेश गंभीर, प्रो. अरुण कुमार, डीन स्टूडेंट वेलफेयर प्रोफेसर कंचन जोशी, आईक्यूएसी निदेशक डॉ. सुमन विज, प्रो.कुमुद सकलानी, डा. मनोज गहलौत, डा दीपक साहनी, मनोज तिवारी के साथ ही संबंधित सभी स्कूलों के संकायाध्यक्ष, विभागाध्यक्षों के साथ ही सभी विभागों के शिक्षक एवं शिक्षणेत्तर कर्मचारी तथा बड़ी संख्या में छात्र-छात्राएं उपस्थित रहे।
एलुमनी मीट का आयोजन
श्री गुरु राम राय विश्वविद्यालय एलुमनी एसोसिएशन द्वारा एलुमनी मीट का आयोजन किया गया। एलुमनी एसोसिएशन के अध्यक्ष डॉ. विपुल जैन ने बताया कि श्री गुरू राम विश्वविद्यालय के प्रथम दीक्षांत समारोह के अवसर पर पूर्व छात्रों के लिए एलुमनी एसोसिएशन द्वारा एलुमनी मीट का भी आयोजन किया गया। इसमें विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्व छात्रों जोकि अब विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में सक्रिय है, सबने गर्मजोशी के साथ प्रतिभाग किया तथा अपने-अपने अनुभव साझा किए। विश्वविद्यालय के कुलाधिपति श्रीमहंत देवेंद्र दास जी महाराज ने विश्वविद्यालय के पूर्व छात्रों को शुभकामना संदेश एवं उज्जवल भविष्य के लिए शुभकामनाएं प्रेषित की। इस मौके पर विश्वविद्यालय के कुलपति प्रो. यू. एस. रावत, कुलसचिव डॉ. अजय कुमार खंडूड़ी सहित एलुमनी एसोसिएशन के उपाध्यक्ष डॉ. पारूल गोयल एवं सदस्यों में डॉ दिव्या वर्मा एवं मंदीप नारंग मौजूद रहे।
