चार धाम यात्रा की तैयारियों को लेकर समीक्षा बैठक

चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं को जो लोग गुमराह करते हैं उन पर सख्त कार्यवाही होनी चाहिए। केदारनाथ एवं यमुनोत्री धाम में खच्चरों के खानपान और विश्राम की समुचित व्यवस्था हो, इस संबंध में बनी गाइडलाइन का शत-प्रतिशत पालन होना चाहिए। हेलीकॉप्टर के टिकट ब्लैक करने वालों पर भी इस बार सख्ती से कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाए।

उक्त बात प्रदेश के पर्यटन, लोक निर्माण, सिंचाई, पंचायतीराज, ग्रामीण निर्माण, जलागम, धर्मस्व एवं संस्कृति मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने बुधवार को उत्तराखंड सचिवालय स्थित विश्वकर्मा भवन के वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार में चारधाम यात्रा तैयारियों को लेकर हुई समीक्षा बैठक में उपस्थित सभी विभागों के अधिकारियों को निर्देश देते हुए कहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि चार धाम यात्रा प्रदेश की प्रतिष्ठा का विषय है इसलिए इस मामले में किसी भी प्रकार की लापरवाही नहीं होनी चाहिए।

पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि यात्रा सीजन में धामों एवं यात्रा मार्गों पर एसडीआरएफ, पुलिस बल, जल पुलिस, गोताखोर और ट्रैफिक पुलिस की तैनाती के व्यापक प्रबंध होने चाहिएं। वाहनों की नियमित चेकिंग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। जिन स्थानों पर अधिकांशतः मार्ग अवरुद्ध होता है ऐसे स्थानों का चिन्हीकरण कर जेसीबी व अन्य मशीनों आदि की व्यवस्था पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा मार्ग पर चेक पोस्ट स्थापित कर वाहनों की नियमित चेकिंग के साथ-साथ चालकों एवं ट्रैवल एजेंसी आदि को यात्रा से संबंधित दिशा निर्देश जारी किए जाएं। यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्रियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रत्येक टैक्सी में प्रदेश में स्थापित विभिन्न सर्केटो की जानकारी से संबंधित साहित्य भी रखवानी की व्यवस्था की जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि मानव उत्थान सेवा समिति के माध्यम से चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले यात्रियों के लिए 10 करोड़ की धनराशि का बीमा भी करवाया जायेगा।

समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान कैबिनेट मंत्री श्री महाराज ने कहा कि चार धाम यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के स्वागत एवं अभिनंदन की संस्कृति को बढ़ाते हुए उनका अभिवादन जय गंगोत्री, जय यमुनोत्री, जय बद्री विशाल और जय केदार के उद्बोधन से होना चाहिए। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट रूप से निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि यात्रा मार्गों पर स्थित निजी होटल, ढ़बों आदि में भोजन एवं आवासीय सुविधा की निर्धारित रेट लिस्ट लगी होनी चाहिए। उन्होंने धामों में फूट मसाज की उचित व्यवस्था किए जाने के भी निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।

पर्यटन मंत्री ने कहा कि 22 अप्रैल से शुरू होने जा रही है चारधाम यात्रा के तहत अभी तक कुल 997100 यात्री अपना पंजीकरण करवा चुके हैं। जबकि 16 फरवरी 2023 से शुरू हुई जीएमवीएन गेस्ट हॉउसों की बुकिंग के तहत अभी तक कुल 7.53 करोड़ रुपये से भी अधिक की बुकिंग की जा चुकी है। इसलिए सभी व्यवस्थायें समय से की जानी चाहिए।

पर्यटन मंत्री श्री महाराज ने समीक्षा बैठक के दौरान पशुपालन, शहरी विकास एवं पेयजल विभाग के अधिकारियों की अनुपस्थिति पर आक्रोश जाहिर करते हुए कार्यवाही के भी निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने चार धाम यात्रा पर अस्थाई चिकित्सा केंद्रों में चिकित्सक व अपेक्षित स्टाफ की तैनाती के साथ जीवन रक्षक दवाई, उपकरण, पोर्टेबल ऑक्सीजन सिलेंडर, एंबुलेंस एवं एयर एंबुलेंस की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के भी निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।

समीक्षा बैठक में गढ़वाल कमिश्नर सुशील पर्यटन सचिव सचिन कुर्वे,
वी. मुरुगेसन, सी.रविशंकर सहित कई विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
