पटवारी पेपर लीक प्रकरण में थाना कनखल पर दर्ज मु0अ0स0-12/2023 धारा 409, 467, 468, 420, 471, 120 बी भा.द.वि. व ¾ परीक्षा निवारण व 8 भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम में फरार चल रहे पचास हजार (50000/-) के इनामी अभियुक्त संजय धारीवाल पुत्र सुरेन्द्र सिंह निवासी मौहम्मदपुर जट कोतवाली मंगलौर को S.I.T. टीम ने नारसन क्षेत्र से पकड़ने में सफलता हासिल की है।

अपने गिरोह के साथ मिलकर पटवारी/लेखपाल एवं JE/AE भर्ती में अभ्यर्थियों से लाखों रुपए व ब्लैंक चैक प्राप्त कर गिरफ्तारी से बचने व गिरफ्तारी स्थगित कराने तथा सरेंडर का प्रयास कर रहे फरार अभियुक्त संजय धारीवाल पर आईजी गढवाल रेंज श्री करण सिंह नगन्याल द्वारा 50,000/- (पचास हजार रुपए) का इनाम घोषित किया गया था।

फरार अभियुक्त को सलाखों के पीछे पहुंचाने के लिए लगातार दबिश दे रही S.I.T. टीम ने अभियुक्त को मुखबिर की सूचना पर नारसन से गिरफ्तार किया। अभियुक्त की निशांदेही पर अभ्यर्थियों को नकल स्थलों तक लाने व परीक्षा केन्द्रों तक ले जाने में प्रयुक्त वाहन एचआर 75 – 5692 को अभियुक्त के मौहम्मदपुर जट हरिद्वार स्थित घर से बरामद कर अभियुक्त के भाई सुधीर के करनाल हरियाणा स्थित मकान से कुल 425000/- (चार लाख पच्चीस हजार रुपये) व दो ब्लैंक (हस्ताक्षरित) चैक बरामद किये। अभियुक्त द्वारा उक्त धनराशि में से एक लाख दस हजार रुपये पटवारी भर्ती तथा तीन लाख पन्द्रह हजार रुपये व दोनों चैक एई /जेई भर्ती से सम्बन्धित छात्रो से लिए गए थे।

मुकदमा की विवेचना के दौरान पूर्व में ही अभियुक्त को प्रश्रय देने पर भाई सुधीर व बहन के जमाई दीपेन्द्र पंवार उर्फ सोनू पुत्र ऋषिपाल सिंह निवासी मुकन्दरपुर थाना गदरपुर जिला उधम सिंह नगर (कोचिंग संचालक) को गिरफ्तार किया जा चुका है। दोनों अभियोगों (पटवारी एवं JE/AE) में वर्तमान तिथि तक कुल 38 अभियुक्त गिरफ्तार किये जा चुके हैं। विवेचना प्रचलित है।
