ऐसा ही एक प्रकरण पिछली जनसुनवाई के दौरान भी सामने आया। जब देहरादून ओगल भट्ा, क्लिमेंटाउन निवासी एक दिव्यांग महिला राखी अपने पति विजेन्द्र कुमार के साथ जन सुनवाई दिवस पर डीएम दफ्तर पहुंची और अपनी पूरी व्यथा डीएम को सुनाई। शारीरिक रूप से 40 प्रतिशत दिव्यांग राखी ने दिव्यांग पेंशन और नौकरी का अनुरोध किया। डीएम ने दिव्यांग महिला की पूरी व्यथा सुनी और मौके पर ही दिव्यांग पेंशन की स्वीकृत की। यही नही डीएम ने दिव्यांग महिला और उसके पति को क्लेक्ट्रेट से ‘‘सारथी’’ वाहन द्वारा उनके घर तक सुरक्षित पहुंचाया। डीएम की संवेदनशील कार्यशैली से गदगद महिला सहसा कह उठी, डीएम हो तो ऐसा…….
जिला समाज कल्याण अधिकारी दीपांकर घिल्डियाल ने जिलाधिकारी के निर्देश पर मामले का तत्काल संज्ञान लिया और दिव्यांग महिला के परिवार से संपर्क किया। महिला के पास आय प्रमाण नहीं था। तहसील से संपर्क करते हुए तत्काल महिला का आय प्रमाण पत्र बनवाया और आवेदन ऑनलाइन करते हुए अप्रूव किया। इसके बाद दिव्यांग महिला राखी की पेंशन कार्यालय से ऑनलाइन कर दी गई है। माह जून से पेंशन धनराशि प्रतिमाह रुपये 1500 की स्वीकृति के बाद माह जुलाई 2025 से उनके बैंक खाते में भुगतान कर दी जाएगी। आवेदक महिला 40 प्रतिशत दिव्यांग है। समाज कल्याण विभाग से उन्हें निःशुल्क व्हीलचेयर भी प्रदान की गई है। बहुउद्देशीय शिविर और क्षेत्र भ्रमण के दौरान भी अनेक ऐसे मामले डीएम के समक्ष आते रहे है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल हमेशा जनता की समस्याओं को गंभीरता से लेते हुए पूरी सहानुभूति, संवेदनशीलता एवं तत्परता से उनका समाधान करने में जुटे है।
