देहरादून, । सूबे में कलस्टर विद्यालयों की स्थापना में तेजी लाने के दृष्टिगत विभागीय अधिकारियों को 30 जून तक डीपीआर तैयार करा कर शासन को सौंपने के निर्देश दिये गये हैं। इसके साथ ही विभागीय बजट को समय पर खर्च करने को कहा गया है, बजट व्यय की प्रत्येक तीन माह में समीक्षा की जायेगी। इसके अलावा प्राथमिक शिक्षा विभाग के अंतर्गत शिक्षक भर्ती की 5वीं काउसिलिंग को शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश भी अधिकारियों को दिये गये।
विद्यालयी शिक्षा मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने आज शासकीय आवास पर विद्यालयी शिक्षा विभाग की समीक्षा बैठक ली। जिसमें उन्होंने कलस्टर विद्यालयों की स्थापना को शिक्षा व्यवस्था के सुदृढ़ीकरण के लिये मील का पत्थर बताते हुये शीघ्र डीपीआर शासन को सौंपने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि जो जनपद 30 जून से पहले अपने यहां के चयनित कलस्टर विद्यालयों की डीपीआर उपलब्ध नहीं करायेंगे, उनका महानिदेशालय स्तर पर स्पष्टीकरण लिया जायेगा। इस संबंध में महानिदेशक विद्यालयी शिक्षा को स्पष्ट निर्देश दे दिये गये हैं। डॉ. रावत ने इस बात पर नाराजगी जताई कि विभागीय अधिकारियों की हिलाहवाली के कारण वित्तीय वर्ष के अंतर्गत 100 फीसदी बजट खर्च नहीं हो पाता है, जिसका खामियाजा छात्र-छात्राओं को भुगतना होता है। उन्होंने सख्त लहजे में कहा कि भविष्य में इस तरह की लापरवाही बर्दाश्त नहीं की जायेगी।
