मुख्य सचिव ने आईटीडीए को मजबूत किए जाने के निर्देश दिए

देहरादून, । मुख्य सचिव आनन्द बर्द्धन ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में सूचना प्रोद्योगिकी विभाग की समीक्षा की। बैठक के दौरान सचिव आईटीडीए ने प्रदेशभर में संचालित प्रोजेक्ट्स एवं कार्यक्रमों की विस्तृत जानकारी दी। मुख्य सचिव ने आईटीडीए को मजबूत किए जाने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही, सिस्टम अपग्रेड करते समय अगले 5-7 सालों की आवश्यकता के अनुरूप व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा कि आईटीडीए द्वारा हाईब्रिड मॉडल (एसडीसी और क्लाउड) अपनाने के साथ ही लगातार अपनी क्षमता को बढ़ाया जाए। आईटीडीए को मजबूत करने के साथ ही विभागों द्वारा अपनी वेबसाईट्स एवं ऐप्लीकेशंस को विकसित करने का कार्य आईटीडीए के माध्यम से कराए जाने की आवश्यकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागों को क्लाउड सेवा भी आईटीडीए के माध्यम से उपलब्ध करायी जाए।
मुख्य सचिव ने ऐसे विभागों, जिन्हें अपने दैनिक कार्यों के लिए अत्यधिक डाटा संग्रहण करना होता है, द्वारा अपनी अपेक्षित स्टोरेज की आवश्यकता के संबंध में आईटीडीए को अवगत कराया जाए। ताकि आईटीडीए अपेक्षित स्टोरेज क्षमता को परिकलित कर सके। उन्होंने आईटीडीए को अपनी इंस्टीट्यूशनल मैमोरी भी बढ़ाए जाने की बात कही। कहा कि इंस्टीट्यूशनल मैमोरी के होने से किसी विशेषज्ञ के जाने के बाद सिस्टम बंद नहीं होगा।
निदेशक नितिका खण्डेलवाल ने बताया कि आईटीडीए द्वारा एसडीसी को वर्ष 2018 में  स्थापित किया गया है। एसडीसी 2.0 शीघ्र ही तैयार हो जाएगा जिससे आईटीडीए की डाटा संग्रहण क्षमता बढ़ जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश के सभी जनपद और ब्लॉक मुख्यालय स्वान नेटवर्क से 100 प्रतिशत परिपूर्ण हैं। साथ ही, 2036 ऑफिस स्वान नेटवर्क से जुडे़ हैं। साईबर सिक्योरिटी के क्षेत्र में सिस्टम को लगातार अपग्रेड किया जा रहा है। आईटीडीए द्वारा इन-हाउस सॉफ्टवेयर डेवेलपमेंट का कार्य भी बेहतर तरीके से चल रहा है। आईटीडीए द्वारा यूसीसी, पीएम गतिशक्ति उत्तराखण्ड, चारधाम डैशबोर्ड, सीएम हेल्पलाईन, ई-ऑफिस एवं अपुणी सरकार पोर्टल को तैयार एवं संचालित किया जा रहा है। इस अवसर पर सचिव शैलेश बगोली, नितेश कुमार झा, बृजेश कुमार संत एवं अपर सचिव रीना जोशी सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
