प्रदेश में पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत बरसात से बंद हुई सड़कों की समीक्षा करते ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी

ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना (पीएमजीएसवाई) के अंतर्गत बरसात से बाधित सड़कों को प्राथमिकता के साथ खोलने के लिए अधिकारियों को स्पष्ट निर्देश दिए हैं।

बुधवार को हाथीबड़कल स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में यूआरआरडीए की समीक्षा बैठक में मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत बरसात से हुई क्षति और बंद सड़कों की स्थिति की विस्तार से जानकारी ली। बैठक में मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि बरसात के कारण बंद हुई सड़कों को प्राथमिकता के आधार पर युद्धस्तर पर खोला जाए। उन्होंने बरसात से क्षतिग्रस्त हुए सड़क मार्गों एवं पुलों के पुनर्निर्माण के कार्यों को शीघ्रता से पूर्ण किया जाए। विभागीय मंत्री जोशी ने निर्देश दिए कि अधिग्रहित भूमि का मुआवजा ग्रामीणों को मौसम खुलते ही शिविर लगाकर शीघ्रता से वितरित किया जाए और मलबा निस्तारण के लिए उचित स्थानों पर डंपिंग यार्ड की व्यवस्था की जाए, ताकि सड़कों की बहाली के साथ पर्यावरणीय संतुलन भी बना रहे।

बैठक में अधिकारियों ने जानकारी दी कि भारी वर्षा के कारण गढ़वाल क्षेत्र में 106 सड़कें बंद हुई हैं, जिन पर 92 जेसीबी मशीनें लगाई गई हैं, जबकि कुमाऊं क्षेत्र में बंद 30 सड़कों को खोलने के लिए 32 जेसीबी कार्यरत हैं। पूरे प्रदेश में इस समय कुल 136 सड़कें बंद हैं, जिन्हें युद्धस्तर पर खोलने का कार्य जारी है। बैठक के दौरान मंत्री जोशी ने कर्णप्रयाग विधानसभा क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत पीएमजीएसवाई की सड़कों, पुलों और अप्रोच रोड से जुड़े निर्माण कार्यों को भी समयबद्ध तरीके से पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।

इस अवसर पर मुख्य अभियंता गढ़वाल मनीष मित्तल, अधिक्षण अभियंता अरुण कुमार, अधिशासी अभियंता रघुवीर सिंह गुसाई सहित अन्य अधिकारीगण उपस्थित रहे।
