हरबंश कपूर मेमोरियल कम्युनिटी हॉल का लोकार्पण : CM

देहरादून, । मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने रविवार को निकट छावनी परिषद कार्यालय, गढ़ीकैंट में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में प्रतिभाग करते हुए 12.51 करोड़ की लागत से निर्मित हरबंश कपूर मेमोरियल कम्युनिटी हॉल का लोकार्पण किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्व. हरबंस कपूर को नमन करते हुए कहा कि उनका संपूर्ण जीवन राज्य और देहरादून की सेवा, विकास एवं जनकल्याण के लिए समर्पित रहा। उन्होंने जीवनभर, जनसेवा को प्राथमिकता दी। अपने व्यवहार से उन्होंने प्रत्येक नागरिक के दिल में विशेष जगह बनाई। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा एमडीडीए द्वारा 12 करोड़ रुपए से अधिक की लागत से निर्मित ये सामुदायिक भवन अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से सुसज्जित है। कम्युनिटी हॉल के बनने से क्षेत्र के लोगों की आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति करेगा, एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों के लोगों के लिए भी सामाजिक आयोजनों का एक प्रमुख केंद्र बनेगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने एम.डी.डी.ए. को सामुदायिक भवन के संचालन के लिए एस.ओ.पी बनाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने कहा ऐसी व्यवस्था बनायी जाए कि यह सामुदायिक भवन उचित दर पर आमजन को आसानी से उपलब्ध हो सके।
मुख्यमंत्री ने देश की सेना के शौर्य का जिक्र करते हुए कहा कि सेना ने अदम्य साहस, पराक्रम और रणनीति से पाकिस्तान को घुटने टेकने पर मजबूर कर दिया है। हमारे सशस्त्र बलों ने पहलगाम में हुए आतंकी हमले का मुंहतोड़ जवाब देते हुए पाकिस्तान में स्थित आतंकियों के ठिकानों को पूरी तरह ध्वस्त कर दिया है। भारत की सेना ने दुश्मन की नापाक हरकतों का करारा जवाब दिया है। उन्होंने कहा प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के मजबूत नेतृत्व और स्पष्ट नीति के कारण आतंकवाद के खिलाफ सशक्त कार्रवाई हुई है। प्रधानमंत्री ने हमेशा मानवता पर विशेष ध्यान दिया है। उन्होंने कहा केंद्र और राज्य सरकार राष्ट्र प्रथम की नीति पर चलती है। हमारे लिए राष्ट्र सबसे प्रथम है। उन्होंने कहा देश के जवान सरहदों पर मां भारती की सुरक्षा के लिए खड़े हैं। सेना का साहस अद्भुत है।
